Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi kualitas modul pelatihan bidang layanan dan product knowledge PT Pos Indonesia berdasarkan dengan karakteristik modul yang terdiri dari Self Instructional, Self Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptif, dan User Friendly. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian evaluasi Kirkpatrick khususnya dalam lingkup reaction. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pos Indonesia dan populasinya adalah karyawan PT Pos Indonesia yang merupakan peserta pelatihan yaitu pengguna modul. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket yang kemudian melalui tahap-tahap expert judgement, uji coba, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek ketersediaan komponen modul memperoleh nilai baik (62%), kesesuaian modul dengan Self Instructional memperoleh nilai cukup (43%), kesesuaian modul dengan Self Contained memperoleh nilai baik (61%), kualitas ditinjau dari Self Contained memperoleh nilai cukup (52%), kualitas modul ditinjau dari Stand Alone memperoleh nilai baik (73%), kualitas modul ditinjau dari Adaptif memperoleh nilai baik (65%), kesesuaian modul dengan User Friendly memperoleh nilai cukup (51%), dan kualitas modul ditinjau dari User Friendly memperoleh nilai baik (77%). Secara keseluruhan, modul pelatihan bidang layanan dan product knowledge PT Pos Indonesia sudah cukup baik dan memenuhi karakteristiknya. Namun, modul masih perlu disempurnakan dengan menambahkan indikator yang tidak ada dalam modul yaitu rangkuman materi pembelajaran, latihan soal, tugas, atau studi kasus, instrumen penilaian latihan soal, kunci jawaban dari latihan soal atau tugas, dan glosarium. The purpose of this study was to describe the results of the quality evaluation of the PT Pos Indonesia service and product knowledge training module based on module characteristics consisting of Self Instructional, Self Contained, Stand Alone, Adaptive, and User Friendly. The method used in this research is a descriptive evaluation method with a quantitative approach. This research uses the Kirkpatrick evaluation research model, especially in the scope of reaction. The research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia and the population was PT Pos Indonesia employees who were training participants, namely module users. The research instrument used a questionnaire which then went through the stages of expert judgment, trial, validity test, and reliability test. The results of the research findings showed that the aspects of the availability of module components obtained good grades (62%) , module suitability with Self Instructional obtained sufficient grades (43%), module suitability with Self Contained obtained good grades (61%), quality in terms of Self Contained obtained sufficient grades (52%), module quality in terms of Stand Alone obtained good grades (73%), module quality in terms of Adaptive obtained good grades (65%), module suitability with User Friendly obtained sufficient grades (51%), and module quality in terms of User Friendly obtained good grades (77%). Overall, the PT Pos Indonesia service and product knowledge training module is good enough and meets its characteristics. However, the module still needs to be improved by adding indicators that are not in the module, namely a summary of learning material, practice questions, assignments, or case studies, question exercise assessment instruments, answer keys from practice questions or assignments, and a glossary
