Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kehadiran kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum Merdeka dengan implementasi yang dinilai masih memiliki permasalahan dalam mengimplementasikannya. Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menggambarkan kondisi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang efektif dilihat dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang terjadi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisioner, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan guru ekonomi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Majalengka. Adapun sampel pada penelitian adalah seluruh populasi sebanyak 64 guru diantaranya kepala sekolah berjumlah 16 guru, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum sebanyak 16 guru dan guru ekonomi sebanyak 32 guru ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran kondisi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka oleh guru ekonomi di Kabupaten Majalengka berada dalam kategori sedang. Guru ekonomi telah melaksanakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran, namun masih perlu evaluasi dan pengembangan lebih lanjut sesuai dengan pedoman kurikulum merdeka yang ada dalam Permendiknas Nomor 16 Tahun 2022 dan Permendikbud Nomor 103 Tahun 2014 tentang Pembelajaran Pada Pendidikan Dasar dan Pendidikan Menengah. This research is motivated by the presence of a new curriculum, namely the Merdeka curriculum, whose implementation is considered to still have problems in implementing it. The aim of this research is to be able to describe the learning conditions carried out by teachers in the effective implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum seen from the aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation of the learning that occurs. This research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation studies and literature studies. The population of this study were all school principals, deputy principals for curriculum and economics teachers at State High Schools in Majalengka Regency. The sample in the research was the entire population of 64 teachers, including 16 school principals, 16 deputy principals for curriculum and 32 economics teachers. The results of this research show that the description of the conditions for implementing the Independent Curriculum by economics teachers in Majalengka Regency is in the medium category. Economics teachers have carried out planning, implementation and evaluation of learning, but still need further evaluation and development in accordance with the independent curriculum guidelines in Permendiknas Number 16 of 2022 and Permendikbud Number 103 of 2014 concerning Learning in Education Primary and Secondary Education.
