Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis Sistem Poin Pelanggaran Dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa di SMA Al-Ma'soem Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sejarah, penerapan, hingga dampak penerapan sistem poin pelanggaran terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Al-Ma’soem. Pada penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Lalu dianalisis menggunakan model dari Miles & huberman yaitu reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Lalu dibantu oleh aplikasi NVIVO 12 Pro dalam visualisasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejarah diberlakukannya sistem poin pelanggaran adalah karena banyaknya siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran serta pemberian hukuman kepada siswa belum jelas, dan melalui hasil studi banding ke salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan sistem poin pelanggaran dan effektif di sekolah tersebut. Dalam implementasi sistem poin pelanggaran sudah sangat jelas di SMA Al-Ma’soem, mulai dari alur pencatatan, penaganan pelanggaran, strategi dalam mengurangi pelanggaran siswa, hukuman dan penghargaan, hingga konsistensi dalam penerapan sistem poin pelanggaran. Penerapan sistem poin pelanggaran di SMA Al-Ma’soem sudah efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa, dilihat dari penegakkan peraturan yang tegas serta konsisten, lalu adanya perubahan perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa ke arah yang lebih baik, dan siswa merasa jera setelah diberikan poin pelanggaran. The aim of this research is to find out the history, application and impact of implementing the violation points system on student discipline at Al-Ma'soem High School. In this research, the techniques used in data collection were interviews, observation and documentation. Then analyzed using the model from Miles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. Then assisted by the NVIVO 12 Pro application in data visualization. Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the history of the application of the violation points system was due to the large number of students who committed violations and the punishment given to students was not yet clear, and through the results of a comparative study to one of the schools that implemented the violation points system and it was effective in that school. The implementation of the violation point system is very clear at Al-Ma'soem High School, starting from the flow of recording, handling violations, strategies for reducing student violations, punishments and rewards, to consistency in implementing the violation point system. The implementation of the violation points system at Al-Ma'soem High School has been effective in improving student discipline, seen from the strict and consistent enforcement of the rules, changes in behavior shown by students for the better, and students feel deterred after being given violation points.
