Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memanfaatkan Platform Merdeka Mengajar, mengkaji pengaruh pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar terhadap kinerja guru, serta menilai dampak pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar terhadap kinerja guru dan rapor pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar yang terdapat di Kecamatan Bandung Kidul. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam mendorong pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar dapat meningkatkan kualitas rapor pendidikan, khususnya pada aspek profil belajar dan perkembangan siswa. ------------- This research aims to analyze the leadership role of school principals in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, examine the influence of using the Merdeka Mengajar platform on teacher performance, and assess the impact of using the Merdeka Mengajar platform on teacher performance and education report cards in elementary schools in Bandung Kidul District. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using interactive analysis techniques. Basedon the results of observation and interview data analysis, it shows that the leadership of school principals is very important in encouraging the use of the Merdeka Mengajar platform. Utilization of the Merdeka Mengajar platform can improve teacher performance in the aspects of learning planning, learning implementation, and learning assessment. Utilization of the Merdeka Mengajar platform can improve the quality of education reportcards, especially in aspects of student learning profiles and development.
