Abstract
Platform merdeka mengajar (PMM) merupakan teknologi berbasis platform pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh Kemendikbudristek sebagai penunjang bagi guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. PMM berfungsi sebagai teman penggerak dalam mengajar, belajar, berkarya, serta media dalam mencari inspirasi dan referensi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi guru geografi terhadap penggunaan platform merdeka mengajar di SMA Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua variabel, yaitu persepsi yang terdiri atas tanggapan, pendapat, dan penilaian; serta platform merdeka mengajar yang terdiri atas fitur kurikulum merdeka, asesmen murid, perangkat ajar, pelatihan mandiri, komunitas, video inspirasi, dan bukti karya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan angket dengan skala 1-4, populasi penelitian berjumlah 28 responden dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, yang mana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif yang kemudian dikategorikan menjadi rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tanggapan guru geografi terhadap penggunaan platform merdeka mengajar di SMA Kota Sukabumi berada dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 78,57%. (2) Pendapat guru geografi terhadap penggunaan platform merdeka mengajar di SMA Kota Sukabumi berada dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 82,14%. (3) Penilaian guru geografi terhadap penggunaan platform merdeka mengajar di SMA Kota Sukabumi berada dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 82,14%. Dengan demikian persepsi guru geografi terhadap penggunaan platform merdeka mengajar di SMA Kota Sukabumi berada dalam kategori tinggi, namun demikian masih perlu adanya peningkatan terhadap guru yang memiliki kecenderungan kategori rendah dan sedang. Platform merdeka mengajar (PMM) is a learning platform-based technology developed by the Ministry of Education as a support for teachers in implementing kurikulum merdeka. PMM functions as a driving force in teaching, learning, working, as well as a medium in finding inspiration and learning references. This study aims to assess geography teachers' perceptions of the use of platform merdeka mengajar in Sukabumi City High School. This study uses a quantitative approach and descriptive method. This study consists of two variables, namely perceptions consisting of responses, opinions, and judgements; and platform merdeka mengajar consisting of kurikulum merdeka, student assessments, teaching tools, independent training, community, inspirational videos, and proof of work. The data collection technique was carried out with a survey method using a questionnaire with a scale of 1-4, the research population was 28 respondents and sampling was carried out with a saturated sampling technique. The data were processed and analysed using descriptive statistics which were then categorised into low, medium and high. The research findings showed that: (1) Geography teachers' responses to the use of platform merdeka mengajar in Sukabumi city high schools were in the high category at 78.57%. (2) Geography teachers' opinions on the use of platform merdeka mengajar in Sukabumi city high schools were in the high category at 82.14%. (3) Geography teachers' assessment of the use of platform merdeka mengajar in Sukabumi city high schools is in the high category at 82.14%. Thus the perception of geography teachers towards the use of platform merdeka mengajar in Sukabumi City High School is in the high category, however, there is still a need for improvement for teachers who have a tendency to be in the low and medium categories.
