    Abstract

    Perkembangan sistem pendidikan Indonesia ditandai dengan transisi dari kurikulum darurat
    2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka, yang menawarkan pendekatan pembelajaran lebih
    fleksibel dan beragam. Kurikulum merdeka memberikan tantangan kepada pendidik untuk
    mengadaptasi dan mengintegrasikan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini
    bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran SAVI; 2)
    Mengetahui hasil belajar antara siswa di kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen; 3) Mengetahui
    peningkatan hasil belajar antara siswa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada elemen
    pembelajaran gambar teknik di SMKN 1 Sukabumi. Berdasarkan analisis hasil sumatif
    tengah semester siswa menunjukkan nilai rata-rata yang belum mencapai KKTP. Hal ini
    mengindikasikan pemahaman materi yang kurang dan minimnya interaksi guru-siswa.
    Akibatnya, berdampak langsung pada rendahnya tingkat ketuntasan belajar. Situasi ini
    menunjukkan perlu inovasi pendekatan pengajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa
    dan optimalisasi pemahaman materi. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan
    kuantitatif metode quasi experimental dengan desain nonequivalent control group design
    design menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa lembar
    validasi modul ajar, lembar observasi dan tes dengan uji prasyarat analisis serta analisis
    data dengan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai siswa dari pretest
    ke posttest. Kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model direct instruction mencapai kategori
    cukup pada posttest, sementara kelas eksperimen dengan model SAVI mencapai kategori
    sangat baik. Hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan sedang pada kelas kontrol dan
    tinggi pada kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model
    pembelajaran SAVI terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen gambar teknik.
    The development of the Indonesian education system is characterised by the transition from
    the 2013 emergency curriculum to the independent curriculum, which offers more flexible
    and diverse learning approaches. The independent curriculum challenges educators to
    adapt and integrate various learning approaches. This research aims to: 1) Knowing the
    description of the application of the SAVI learning model; 2) Knowing the learning
    outcomes between students in the control class and experimental class; 3) Knowing the
    improvement of learning outcomes between control class and experimental class students
    on technical drawing learning elements at SMKN 1 Sukabumi. Based on the analysis of
    students' midterm summative results, the average score has not reached the KKTP. This
    indicates a lack of understanding of the material and a lack of teacher-student interaction.
    As a result, it has a direct impact on the low level of learning completeness. This situation
    suggests the need for innovative teaching approaches to increase student engagement and
    optimise understanding of the material. The research was conducted using a quantitative
    approach of quasi experimental method with nonequivalent control group design using
    saturated sampling technique. The research instruments were teaching module validation
    sheet, observation sheet and test with prerequisite test analysis and data analysis with NGain
    test. The results showed an increase in student scores from pretest to posttest. The
    control class using the direct instruction model reached the sufficient category on the
    posttest, while the experimental class with the SAVI model reached the excellent category.
    The N-Gain test results showed a moderate increase in the control class and high in the
    experimental class. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the SAVI
    learning model is proven to improve student learning outcomes in engineering drawing
    elements.
