Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang masalah mengenai pengetahuan kewarganegaraan siswa. Indonesia mengalami ancaman persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa yang perlu diwaspadai oleh seluruh warga negara. Pengetahuan integrasi nasional saat ini belum cukup dikuasai oleh para siswa, sehingga upaya untuk meningkatkannya melalui pembelajaran menggunakan e-book PPKn materi integrasi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan e-book PPKn materi integrasi nasional terhadap peningkatan civic knowledge siswa. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain kuasi eksperimen dan responden penelitiannya siswa kelas 11 SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes soal pilihan ganda dan angket respon. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji reliabilitas, uji gain, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan civic knowledge siswa di kelas eksperimen meningkat secara signifikan. Kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai rata-rata 68,83 sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata 55,06. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.002. Maka dapat disimpulkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat civic knowledge siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Respon yang dihasilkan di angket mengenai e-book yang sebagian besar menunjukkan kategori sangat setuju sebesar 40% dan di angket mengenai civic knowledge yang sebagian besar menunjukkan kategori sangat setuju sebesar 47%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-book PPKn materi integrasi nasional dapat meningkatkan civic knowledge siswa dan menjadi alternatif sumber pembelajaran di sekolah. This research has a background problem regarding students' civic knowledge. Indonesia is experiencing threats to national unity and integrity that all citizens need to be aware of. Knowledge of national integration is currently not sufficiently mastered by students, so efforts to improve it through learning using Civics e-books on national integration material. This study aims to determine the effect of using Civics e-books on national integration material on increasing students' civic knowledge. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design and the research respondents were 11th grade students of Pasundan 2 Bandung High School. The instruments used in this study were multiple choice question tests and response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, reliability test, gain test, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis showed that students' civic knowledge in the experimental class increased significantly. The experimental class obtained an average score of 68.83 while the control class obtained an average score of 55.06. Based on the t test results, it is known that the significance value is 0.002. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the level of civic knowledge of students in the experimental and control classes. The responses generated in the questionnaire regarding e-books mostly showed a strongly agree category of 40% and in the questionnaire regarding civic knowledge mostly showed a strongly agree category of 47%. So it can be concluded that the Civics e-book on national integration material can increase students' civic knowledge and become an alternative learning resource at school.
