Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomena penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah dasar. Pendidikan memerlukan respon terhadap beragamnya kebutuhan belajar setiap siswa. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu strategi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, namun penerapannya tidak selalu optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta besaran pengaruh kompetensi dan efikasi diri seorang guru terhadap penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan deasin survey cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui instrument kuesioner tertutup, kusioner dibagikan setelah melalui uji validasi dan reabilitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Cibiru kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 206 guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji deskripsi dan uji analisis data inferensial. Uji analisis data inferensial pada penelitian ini berupa uji regresi berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis data menghasilkan adanya pengaruh kompetensi guru dan efikasi diri guru terhadap penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kompetensi guru memberikan pengaruh sebesar 70,4% terhadap penerapan pembelajaran berdieferensiasi. Besaran pengaruh Efikasi diri terhadap penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebesar 63,8%, sedangkan besaran pengaruh secara bersamaan/Simultan kompetensi guru dan efikasi diri guru terhadap penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebesar 70,4% Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi dan efikasi diri guru memberikan pengaruh terhadap penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

This research is based on the phenomenon of the application of differentiated learning in elementary schools. Education requires a response to the diverse learning needs of each student. Differentiated learning is one of the strategies to meet these needs, but its implementation is not always optimal. This study aims to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of a teacher's competence and self-efficacy on the implementation of differentiated learning. This research method uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey design. The data collection technique is through a closed questionnaire instrument, the questionnaire is distributed after going through validation and reliability tests. The population of this study is all elementary school teachers in Cibiru sub-district, Bandung city. The research sample was 206 teachers. The data analysis techniques used are description tests and inferential data analysis tests. The inferential data analysis test in this study was in the form of a multiple regression test using the SPSS 16 application. The results of data processing and analysis resulted in the influence of teacher competence and teacher self-efficacy on the implementation of differentiated learning both partially and simultaneously. Teacher competence has an influence of 70.4% on the implementation of differentiated learning. The amount of influence of self-efficacy on the implementation of differentiated learning is 63.8% Meanwhile, the amount of simultaneous influence of teacher competence and teacher self-efficacy on the implementation of differentiated learning is 70.4% So it can be concluded that teacher competence and self-efficacy have an influence on the implementation of differentiated learning.
