    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pandangan orang tua yang menerapkan pendidikan berbasis fitrah perspektif Harry Santosa. Dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis konsep pendidikan yang diterapkan dan memberikan gambaran bagi orang tua lain melalui perjalanan mendidik berbasis fitrah yang telah dilakukan, serta dampak yang dirasakan oleh orang tua dan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat dua tahapan dalam penerapan pendidikan berbasis fitrah yaitu tahap pra pendidikan dan pendidikan. Pada tahap pra pendidikan orang tua dibimbing untuk melakukan tazkiyatun nafs dan menyamakan visi dan misi keluarga. Proses dalam tahap pra pendidikan ini dipandang dapat mengurangi faktor penyebab stres pengasuhan pada orang tua yang berpotensi muncul dalam perjalanan mendidik anak. Adapun pada tahap pendidikan dilakukan secara fleksibel dan tidak terdapat tahapan baku karena pendidikan berbasis fitrah berfokus pada prinsip pelaksanaannya bukan pada teknis. Namun saat ini banyak orang tua yang memandang bahwa pendidikan berbasis fitrah hanya sebuah trend dan sama dengan metode pendidikan pada umumnya sehingga orang tua cenderung asal-asalan dan keliru dalam memahami konsep pendidikan berbasis fitrah. Dengan demikian, cara pandang orang tua tentang fitrah dan pendidikan berbasis fitrah akan sangat memengaruhi keberhasilan dan dampak yang dirasakan oleh orang tua setelah menerapkan pendidikan berbasis fitrah.

    This research examines the views of parents who implement of fitrah-based education from Harry Santosa’s perspective. With the aim of analyzing the educational concepts applied and providing an overview for other parents through the journey of fitrah-based education that has been implemented, as well as the impact felt by parents and children. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Based on the research results, there are two stages in implementing fitrah-based education, namely the pre-education and educational stages. At the pre-education stage, parents are guided to carry out tazkiyatun nafs and align the family's vision and mission. This process at the pre- education stage is seen as being able to reduce factors that cause parenting stress in parents that have the potential to emerge in the course of educating children. Meanwhile, the educational stages are implemented flexibly and there are no standard stages because fitrah-based education focuses on implementation principles, not technicalities. However, currently many parents are of the view that fitrah-based education is just a trend and is the same as educational methods in general, so parents tend to be careless and mistaken in understanding the concept of fitrah-based education. Thus, the way parents view fitrah and fitrah-based education will greatly influence the success and impact that parents feel after implementing fitrah-based education.
