Abstract
LPK yang berorientasi pada program PMI G to G mengharuskan mengacu pada SKKNI untuk menciptakan lulusan dengan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kesesuaian modul LPK “Y” Seoulina dengan SKKNI dan melihat persepsi dari peserta pelatihan dan tutor. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yang dipaparkan secara deskriptif, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan 88% modul pembelajaran di LPK “Y” Seoulina sudah sesuai dengan SKKNI bahasa Korea dengan sebaran 23 materi dari 26 kompetensi yang ada pada SKKNI dinyatakan sesuai. Ketidaksesuaian 3 kompetensi SKKNI merupakan mendeskripsikan orang, menyusun laporan kerja, dan menindaklanjuti instruksi kerja. Kesesuaian modul dengan SKKNI berdasarkan persepsi peserta pelatihan rata-rata menyatakan setuju bahwa modul yang digunakan telah sesuai dengan SKKNI. Sedangkan tutor memiliki persepsi modul pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan SKKNI. Hal tersebut karena ketidaktahuan tutor terhadap SKKNI Bahasa Korea. Pada penerapannya tutor menggunakan bahan ajar tambahan untuk mendukung materi yang kurang pada modul. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, modul dapat dikatakan layak dengan catatan masih perlu adanya pengembangan modul dalam segi materi maupun latihan soal untuk mendukung tercapainya tuntutan kompetensi yang ada pada SKKNI. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah LPK agar terus mengembangkan kurikulum dan bahan ajar sesuai kebutuhan yang terus berkembang dan penyusunan materi pada modul harus disesuaikan dengan tingkatan kesulitan pada kompetensi SKKNI; The research focuses on analyzing the alignment of the "Y" Seoulina employment training institute’s modules with the PMI G to G program, which refers to SKKNI standards to ensure graduates have job-relevant competencies. The study used a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Results showed that 88% of the learning modules at "Y" Seoulina aligned with the Korean Language SKKNI, with 23 out of 26 competencies deemed appropriate. Discrepancies were found in competencies related to describing people,compiling work reports, and following up on work instructions. While most trainees agreed that the modules aligned with SKKNI. However, the tutor's perception disagreed that the modules aligned with SKKNI. The study resulting module said to be worth using with notes that there is still a need for module development in terms of material and problem training to support the achievement of competency demands in SKKNI. leading tutors to supplement with additional materials. The study recommends ongoing development curriculum updates to meet evolving needs, with a focus on enhancing the delivery and explanation of SKKNI competencies; 고용 목적을 위하 외국어학원은 산업현장의 요구에 부합하는 역랑을 키워야 되므로 인도네시아 고용 역량 기존 (이하 SKKNI)을 참고할 필요가 있다. 본 연규는 “Y" 서울리나 한국어학원에서 사용된 모듈과 SKKNI에 대한 인식을 샆피는 데 목적을 두 있다. 연구 방법은 서술적 설문지, 인터뷰, 관찰 및 문서 연구를 통해 데이터를 수집하는 서술적 질적 연구이다. 데이터를 분석한 결과, “Y" 서울리나에서 사용된 모듈은 한국산업인 력공단 (이하 HRD)이 정한 기준과 부함한 것으로 나타난다. SKKNI 기준에서 빠진 학습 주제는 ‘사람 묘사하기‘, ’보고서 작성‘, 그리고 ‘작업 지시 진행’이다. 모듈과 SKKNI의 학원생 인식은 사용된 모듈의 SKKNI와 부합하다는 것을 동의했으며 3명 중에 튜터 1명도 마찬가지이다. 그러나 강의할 때 모듈은 완벽하게 적용하지 못 하며 튜터들은 보충교채를 사용해야 되는 상황도 일어났나. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학원에서 사용된 모듈은 고영 목적을 두고 한국어 실력을 키우는 데 부합하나 교재에 실린 단어 설명과 튜터의 교수법을 향상시키면 더 좋을 결과를 얻을 것 같다. 또한 앞으로 외국어학원은 SKKNI에 따라 지속적으로 성장하는 필요에 따라 커리큘럼과 교재를 지속적으로 개발해야 한다.I
