    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kemampuan kerja sama dalam pendidikan, khususnya di tingkat sekolah dasar, sebagai keterampilan kunci di abad ke-21. Namun, di banyak sekolah dasar, kegiatan pembelajaran masih terlalu fokus pada aspek pengetahuan tanpa melibatkan partisipasi aktif siswa yang dapat menyebabkan kurang terjalinnya kerja sama antar siswa. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya variasi dalam pembelajaran agar siswa mampu bekerja sama dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas V sekolah dasar selama proses implementasi model pembelajaran make a match, dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan kerja sama siswa selama proses implementasi model pembelajaran make a match. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) mayoritas siswa mampu memenuhi indikator kerja sama; dan 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan kerja sama siswa meliputi kemampuan akademis, motivasi dan penghargaan, kondisi fisik dan psikologis, fasilitas dan sumber daya, serta keterampilan komunikasi.

    This research is motivated by the importance of collaborative skills in education as a key skill in the 21st century, especially at the elementary school level. However, in most elementary schools, the learning activities still focus too much on knowledge aspects without involving student participation which can lead to a lack of cooperation between students. Therefore, there needs to be variation in learning so that students will be able to work together well. This research uses qualitative approach with a case study type. This research aims to describe the cooperative abilities of fifth grade elementary school students during the process of implementing the make a match learning model and to determine the factors that influence students' collaborative abilities during the process of implementing the make a match learning model. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews and document study. The results of this research shows that; 1) the majority of students are able to fulfill the cooperation indicators; and 2) the factors that influence students' collaborative abilities include academic abilities, the motivation and rewards, physical and psychological conditions, facilities and resources, as well as communication skills.
