Abstract

Perkembangan aspek moral dasarnya adalah penalaran dan menjadi pondasi utama yang sangat berharga. Moral knowing atau pengetahuan moral pada anak usia dini menjadi dasar awal yang harus distimulasi dan ditingkatkan, karena berawal dari pengetahuan akan berkembang dan ditunjukkan dengan perilaku hingga menjadi sebuah kebiasaan. Pengetahuan yang bernilai baik secara umum menjadi unsur dalam terbentuknya karakter hingga ditunjukkan dalam kehidupannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran Big Book Moral Knowing. Kurangnya ketersediaan media pembelajaran perkembangan aspek moral untuk anak usia 4-5 tahun menjadi hambatan untuk menstimulasi perkembangannya. Oleh karena itu, guna menunjang peningkatan perkembangan aspek moral anak maka perlu adanya media pembelajaran yang memuat pengetahuan pembiasaan berperilaku baik anak (self-habit of good behavior early childhood) khususnya perilaku (1) anak dapat mengucapkan kata maaf, tolong, dan terima kasih pada saat bermain bebas dan makan bersama (2) anak dapat saling menyayangi teman sebaya pada saat bermain bebas dan makan bersama (3) anak dapat menjaga alat bermain pada saat bermain bebas, Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model Educational Design Research. Prosedur Penelitian menggunakan alur EDR menurut Plomp (2013) yaitu analysis, identification, design and devlopment. Hasil pembuktian validitas media oleh validator ahli materi memperoleh skor 85% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” dan Bahasa memperoleh skor 86% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, serta validator ahli media memperoleh skor 77% dengan kategori “Layak”. Sehingga kesimpulan hasil pembuktian validitas untuk Media Big Book Moral Knowing untuk menstimulasi Self-Habit of Good Behavior Early Childhood adalah “Dapat digunakan dengan beberapa revisi sesuai saran”. Uji efektivitas yaitu guru kelas A selaku praktisi menunjukkan respons positif terhadap penggunaan media Big Book Moral Knowing. Implikasi media Big Book Moral Knowing sebagai media pembelajaran untuk menstimulasi self-habit of good behavior early childhood usia 4-5 tahun, terciptanya media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini dan mampu menunjang pembelajaran di sekolah. ----------- The development of the basic moral aspect is reasoning and becomes the main foundation that is very valuable. Moral knowing or moral knowledge in early childhood is the initial basis that must be stimulated and improved, because starting from knowledge will develop and be shown by behavior until it becomes a habit. Knowledge of good value in general becomes an element in the formation of character until it is shown in his life. This research was conducted to produce Big Book Moral Knowing learning media. The lack of availability of learning media for moral aspects of development for children aged 4-5 years is an obstacle to stimulate their development. Therefore, in order to support the improvement of the development of children's moral aspects, it is necessary to have learning media that contain knowledge of the habit of good behavior early childhood, especially behavior (1) children can say sorry, please, and thank you when playing freely and eating together (2) children can love each other when playing freely and eating together (3) children can keep playing equipment while playing Free, Research method using development research with Educational Design Research model. Research procedures using EDR flow according to Plomp (2013) are analysis, identification, design and devlopment. The results of proving media validity by material expert validators obtained a score of 85% with the category "Very Decent" and Language obtained a score of 86% with the category "Very Decent", and media expert validators obtained a score of 77% with the category "Decent". So that the conclusion of the validity proof results for Big Book Moral Knowing Media to stimulate Self-Habit of Good Behavior Early Childhood is "Can be used with some revisions as suggested". The effectiveness test is that class A teachers as practitioners show a positive response to the use of Big Book Moral Knowing media. The implications of Big Book Moral Knowing media as a learning medium to stimulate self-habit of good behavior early childhood aged 4-5 years, the creation of learning media that are in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood and able to support learning in schools.
