Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan Terhadap
Kepuasan Orang Tua Peserta Didik di SDN 113 Banjarsari” yang dilakukan untuk
mengetahui gambaran kualitas layanan pendidikan, kepuasan orang tua peserta
didik, serta pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan orang tua
peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen angket,
dengan partisipan sebanyak 92 orang tua peserta didik. Analisis perhitungan ini
menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2021 dan SPSS versi 27.0 for
Windows. Hasil uji korelasi variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,607
menunjukan bahwa koreasi kedua variabel tersebut pada tingkat hubungan kuat,
dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,8%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu
terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari kualitas layanan pendidikan
terhadap kepuasan orang tua peserta didik di SDN 113 Banjarsari.
This research is entitled “The Effect of Educational Service Quality on
Learner Parent Satisfaction at SDN 113 Banjarsari” which was conducted to
determine the description of the quality of educational services, student parent
satisfaction, and the effect of educational service quality on student parent
satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach.
Techniques in data collection were carried out with a questionnaire instrument, with
participants as many as 92 parents of students. This calculation analysis uses the
help of the Microsoft Excel 2021 program and SPSS version 27.0 for Windows. The
results of the correlation test of variable X and variable Y are 0.607, indicating that
the correlation of the two variables is at a strong relationship level, with a coefficient
of determination of 36.8%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and
significant effect of the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of parents
of students at SDN 113 Banjarsari.
