Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Sertifikasi Guru Alfamidi Class Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SMK Mitra Alfamidi Class". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari sertifikasi guru Alfamidi Class, mengetahui kinerja mengajar guru Alfamidi Class, dan mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi guru Alfamidi Class terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMK Mitra Alfamidi Class. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru- guru Alfamidi Class di SMK mitra Alfamidi Class berjumlah 130 orang, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Probability Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,740 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel X dan variabel Y, lalu uji signifikansi korelasi sebesar 0,000. Hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 54,7%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sertifikasi guru Alfamidi Class terhadap kinerja mengajar guru adalah sebesar 54,7% dan sisanya 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Persamaan regresi linear sederhana Yt= 12,660+ 0,746X, artinya setiap perubahan satu poin pada variabel X akan memberikan perubahan pada variabel Y sebesar 0,746. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, jawaban dari hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sertifikasi guru Alfamidi Class terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMK Mitra Alfamidi Class This study is entitled "The Effect of Alfamidi Class Teacher Certification on Teacher Teaching Performance at SMK Mitra Alfamidi Class" This study aims to determine the description of Alfamidi Class teacher certification, determine the teaching performance of Alfamidi Class teachers, and determine the effect of Alfamidi Class teacher certification on teacher teaching performance at SMK Mitra Alfamidi Class. This research uses a descriptive method a quantitative approach. The data collecion technique used a questionnaire with a likert scale. The population in this study were Alfamidi Class teachers at SMK Mitra Alfamidi Class totaling 130 people, sampling wass carried out using Probability Sampling Technique. Based on results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient, a value of 0,740 is obtained which indicates that there are strong relationship between varieble X and variable Y, then the correlation significance test value is 0,000. The results of the coefficient of determination (KD) analysis were 54,7%, this shows that the effect of Alfamidi Class teacher certification on teacher teaching performance is 54,7%, and the remainign 45,3% is influenced by other factors. Simple linear regression equation Yt= 12,660+ 0,746X, meaning that every onepoint change in variable X will give a change in variable Y of 0,746. Based on the results of this study, the answer to this research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between Alfamidi Class teacher certification on teacher teaching performance at Alfamidi Class Partner Vocational Schools
