    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh menurunnya keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa karena penggunaan gawai yang didukung perkembangan zaman secara masif. Pembiasaan guru di sekolah terhadap keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa pun dilihat masih kurang sehingga sebagai keterampilan abad 21, keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi ini perlu ditingkatkan kembali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran RADEC pada pembelajaran seni teater serta keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran RADEC pada pembelajaran seni teater di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu lembar wawancara, lembar observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan landasan teori Miles & Huberman dengan melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Proses penelitian telah melalui uji kelayakan para ahli berdasarkan uji validitas ahli materi, ahli model, dan ahli instrumen. Keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa berdasarkan hasil observasi setiap indikator dari masing-masing keterampilan dinyatakan meningkat. Hasil penelitian pun menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran RADEC bersama dengan pembelajaran seni teater mampu berperan secara efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Pada setiap indikator komunikasi dan kolaborasi, hasil penilaian dinilai tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran RADEC sangat baik digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi melalui pembelajaran seni teater di sekolah dasar.

    This research is motivated by the decline in students' communication and collaboration skills due to the massive use of gadgets supported by the times. Teachers' habituation in schools to students' communication and collaboration skills is also seen to be lacking so that as 21st century skills, these communication and collaboration skills need to be improved again. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the RADEC learning model in theater arts learning and students' communication and collaboration skills after using the RADEC learning model in theater arts learning at elementary school. This research used case study method with qualitative approach. The research instruments used in data collection are interview sheets, observation sheets, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman theoretical basis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research process has gone through the feasibility test of experts based on the validity test of material experts, model experts, and instrument experts. Students' communication and collaboration skills based on the results of observations of each indicator of each skill are stated to increase. The results also show that the RADEC learning model together with theater art learning can play an effective role in improving communication and collaboration skills. In each indicator of communication and collaboration, the assessment results are rated high. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the RADEC learning model is very well used to improve communication and collaboration skills through theater arts learning in elementary schools.
