Abstract

Dalam keterampilan berbahasa, keterampilan menyimak harus dikuasai terlebih dahulu untuk mendukung pembelajaran selanjutnya. Masa sekolah dasar adalah waktu yang tepat untuk membangun fondasi awal dalam menyimak cerita atau pelajaran, yang sangat mempengaruhi pengalaman anak kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest Posttest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan literacy cloud terhadap kemampuan menyimak teks naratif. 2) Mengetahui perbandingan siswa dalam kemampuan menyimak teks naratif sebelum dan sesudah treatment pada model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan literacy cloud. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model kooperatif Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan literacy cloud meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak siswa secara signifikan. Pengujian statistik menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil analisis paired sample t-test mengindikasikan perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest, dengan peningkatan rata-rata dari 69,5 menjadi 90,8 setelah penerapan model TPS, menunjukkan efektivitas model ini dalam mengembangkan kemampuan menyimak naratif pada siswa kelas 1. ----- In language skills, listening must be mastered first to support subsequent learning. Elementary school is an ideal time to build a foundation in listening to stories or lessons, which significantly impacts children's future experiences. This study employs a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest Posttest design. It aims to determine: 1) the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model assisted by a literacy cloud on narrative text listening skills, and 2) the comparison of students' narrative text listening skills before and after treatment with the TPS model assisted by a literacy cloud. Results indicate that the TPS model significantly improves students' listening skills. Statistical tests show the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. Paired sample t-test analysis indicates a significant difference between pretest and posttest, with an average increase from 69.5 to 90.8, demonstrating the model's effectiveness in developing narrative text listening skills in first-grade students
