Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Aransemen Musik untuk Siswa SMA”. Integrasi teknologi, khususnya Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), dalam pembelajaran musik di SMAK 2 Bina Bakti memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Meskipun masih ada beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti kurangnya bahan ajar yang sesuai karena timbulnya persepsi guru-guru musik terhadap materi, upaya untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa handout dan desain pembelajaran yang lebih baik diyakini dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran musik dengan menggunakan DAW. Pertanyaan penelitian berikut ini digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi masalah tersebut : (1) Bagaimana kemampuan awal atau kebutuhan siswa SMA dalam bahan ajar aransemen musik menggunakan DAW?; (2) Bagaimana perancangan bahan ajar aransemen musik mmenggunakan DAW untuk siswa SMA?; (3) Bagaimana proses uji coba bahan ajar aransemen musik menggunakan DAW untuk siswa SMA?; (4) Bagaimana produk akhir bahan ajar aransemen musik menggunakan DAW untuk siswa SMA?. Proses pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE dan melibatkan pendekatan mix method. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan menggunakan validasi data dengan cara triangulasi, kesesuaian antara teori- hasil penelitian – pendapat ahli. Temuan penelitian dan pembahasan searah dengan validasi dari ahli materi dan media dan sesuai dengan teori dan data kualitatif dikumpulkan berdasarkan konsep ADDIE. Menganalisis masalah, kondisi, dan kebutuhan selanjutnya merancang bahan ajar sekaligus melakukan impelementasi perancangan bahan ajar dan melakukan revisi sesuai konsep ADDIE terjadilah pengembangan materi dalam bahan ajar serta dilakukannya validitas terhadap ahli materi dan media terhadap bahan ajar handout ini. Implementasi bahan ajar dari hasil pengembangan bahan ajar diantaranya 1) nilai not, 2) timbre, 3) pola ritme, dan 4) pola ritme pada struktur lagu dengan proyek akhir membuat aransemen musik drum pada sebuah karya. Evaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran menunjukkan respon yang positif, serta peran penting guru sebagai konselor dalam proses pembelajaran. Kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan pihak terkait lainnya dianggap sangat penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran musik komputer Kata kunci : Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), Pembelajaran musik, Handout, Pendekatan ADDIE This research is entitled “Development of Music Arrangment Teaching Materials for High School Students”. The integration of technology, particularly Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), in music education at SMAK 2 Bina Bakti holds great potential for enhancing student’s creativity and learning effectiveness. Altough there are still come challenges to be addressed, such as the lack of suitable teaching materials due to the perceptions of music teachers towards the subject matter, efforts to develop teaching materials in the form handouts and improved instructional design are believed to enhance music learning outcomes using DAW. The following research questions were used to explore these issues : (1) What are the initial abilities or needs of high school students in music arrangement teaching materials using DAW?; (2) How is the design of music arrangement teaching materials using DAW for high school students?; (3) What is the process of testing music arrangement teaching materials using DAW for high school student?; (4) What is the final product of music arrangement teaching materials using DAW for high school students?. The development process of teaching materials uses the ADDIE approach and involves mixed methods approach. Quantitative data is collected using data validation through triangulation, consistency between theory-research findings expert oponions. Research findings and discussions are aligned with validation from subject matter and media experts and are consistent with theory, and qualitative data is collected based on the ADDIE concept. Analyzing the problem, conditions, and needs, then designing teaching materials simultaneously implementing the design of teaching materials and making revisions according to the ADDIE concept resulted in material development in teaching materials and validation by subject matter and media experts on these handout materials. The implementation of teaching materilas frim the development result includes : 1) notation, 2) timbre, 3) rhtymic patterns, and 4) rhtymic patterns in song structure with the final ptoject of creating a drum music arrangement in a piece. The evaluation of learning effectiveness shows a positive response, as well a the crucial role of teachers as relevant parties in considered essential in enhancing computer music learning effectiveness Keywords : Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), Music Education,m Handout, ADDIE Approach
