Abstract
Skripsi ini menganalisis pembiasaan shalat dhuha berjamaah sebagai strategi pengembangan karakter religius di SD Plus Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta. Sekolah ini tidak hanya menekankan pengembangan akademik, tetapi juga aspek holistik, yang mencakup nilai-nilai religius dan moral siswa. Pelaksanaan shalat dhuha berjamaah menjadi bagian integral dalam proses pembentukan karakter peserta didik, dengan tujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam yang mendorong perilaku baik dan akhlak mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam. Partisipan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), dan siswa. Tinjauan pustaka dalam penelitian ini mencakup konsep pendidikan karakter, makna shalat dhuha dalam ajaran Islam, dan teori pendidikan agama. Melalui tinjauan ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang bagaimana praktik shalat dhuha berjamaah dapat berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Analisis data kualitatif dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada mengevaluasi dampak program shalat dhuha berjamaah terhadap pemahaman peserta didik tentang nilai-nilai agama. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi perubahan perilaku yang mungkin terjadi sebagai hasil dari pembiasaan ini. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan pandangan teoritis tetapi juga menilai implementasi praktis dari program ini. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam penguatan implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis agama di sekolah dasar Islam. Fokus utamanya adalah pada pengembangan kepribadian siswa melalui praktik shalat dhuha berjamaah, yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat karakter religius dan membentuk akhlak yang lebih baik. ----- This thesis analyzes the habituation of congregational dhuha prayers as a strategy for developing religious character at SD Plus Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta. This school emphasizes not only academic development but also a holistic approach, which includes the religious and moral values of students. The implementation of congregational dhuha prayers becomes an integral part of the character-building process, with the aim of instilling Islamic values that encourage good behavior and noble morals. This research employs a qualitative approach, using participatory observation and in-depth interviews. The research participants include the principal, the vice principal, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers, and students. The literature review in this study covers the concept of character education, the significance of dhuha prayers in Islamic teachings, and theories of religious education. Through this review, it is hoped that a clear understanding of how congregational dhuha practices can contribute to the development of students' religious character will be achieved. The qualitative data analysis in this study focuses on evaluating the impact of the congregational dhuha prayer program on students' understanding of religious values. Additionally, this research explores potential behavioral changes that may occur as a result of this habituation. Thus, this study not only provides theoretical insights but also assesses the practical implementation of the program. The research results are expected to make a significant contribution to strengthening the implementation of religious-based character education in Islamic elementary schools. The primary focus is on developing students' personalities through the practice of congregational dhuha prayers, which is expected to enhance religious character and foster better morals.
