Abstract

Pembelajaran menulis diajarkan saat memasuki usia awal sekolah dasar di pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu aspek dalam kemampuan menulis pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia ialah kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas 2 untuk mengatasi kesulitan menulis kalimat sederhana. Kesulitan tersebut disebabkan karena beberapa faktor, yaitu siswa masih bingung memilih kata untuk menuangkan ide yang mereka pikirkan, belum bisa merangkai kata-kata menjadi kalimat, tidak memahami cara penggunaan tanda baca, dan penggunaan huruf kapital yang benar. Peneliti menggunakan metode pendidikan tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan model number head together berbantuan media puzzle untuk mengatasi kesulitan menulis kalimat sederhana. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas II A di SDN Ekologi Kahuripan Padjajaran yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah lembar observasi, dan tes kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan: 1) Aktivitas pembelajaran siswa kelas 2A di SDN Ekologi Kahuripan Padjajaran memiliki peningkatan, pada siklus I sebesar 85% dan pada siklus II sebesar 100%. 2) Kemampuan siswa dalam menulis kalimat sederhana kelas 2A memiliki peningkatan nilai, nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I sebesar 85,77 dan pada siklus II sebesar 92,89. ----- Learning to write is taught when entering the early elementary school age in Indonesian language learning. One aspect of writing ability in learning Indonesian is the ability to write simple sentences. This classroom action research was conducted on grade 2 students to overcome difficulties in writing simple sentences. This difficulty is caused by several factors, namely, students are still confused about choosing words to express the ideas they are thinking, cannot yet arrange words into sentences, and do not understand how to use punctuation marks and capital letters correctly. Researchers used the classroom action education method by applying the number heads together as a model with the help of puzzle media to overcome difficulties in writing simple sentences. The subjects of this research were class II A students at SDN Ekologi Kahuripan Padjajaran, totaling 24 students. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and a test of the ability to write simple sentences. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded: 1) The learning activities of class 2A students at SDN Ekologi Kahuripan Padjajaran have increased, in cycle I by 85% and in cycle II by 100%. 2) Students' ability to write simple sentences in class 2A has increased in value, the average value of students in cycle I was 85.77 and in cycle II was 92.89.
