Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media video animasi Pedankar untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi perbedaan karakteristik fase B sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik fase B kelas IV SD Negeri X Kabupaten Bandung pada materi perbedaan karakteristik yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya media pembelajaran yang dapat mendorong peserta didik untuk semangat dalam belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah D&D (Design and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan di antaranya wawancara, angket validasi, dan tes hasil belajar (soal pre test dan post test). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini peserta didik fase B kelas IV sekolah dasar. Desain awal media video animasi diawali dengan membuat rancangan konten materi dan desain visual. Kemudian, penyusunan konten dan desain visual dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Hasil validasi media video animasi Pedankar dari para validator ahli memperoleh predikat sangat layak dengan persentase kelayakan sebesar 95,23% dari ahli media, 100% dari ahli materi, dan 94,23% dari praktisi pembelajaran. Hasil belajar peserta didik fase B kelas IV sekolah dasar mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukan implementasi media video animasi Pedankar dengan hasil rata-rata skor pre test 48,63 dan post test 86,75. This study aims to develop Pedankar animated video media to improve student learning outcomes on the characteristic differences material of phase B in elementary school. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of Phase B students in Grade IV at SD Negeri X, Bandung Regency, on the characteristic differences material, which is attributed to the lack of learning media that can motivate students to be enthusiastic about learning. The research method used is D&D (Design and Development) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The research instruments used include interviews, validation questionnaires, and learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test questions). The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative. The subjects of this study are Phase B students in Grade IV of elementary school. The initial design of the animated video media began with creating content material and visual design plans. Subsequently, the content and visual designs were arranged using the Canva application. The validation results of the Pedankar animated video media from expert validators received an excellent rating with a feasibility percentage of 95.23% from media experts, 100% from material experts, and 94.23% from learning practitioners. The learning outcomes of Phase B Grade IV students in elementary school improved after the implementation of the Pedankar animated video media, with an average pre-test score of 48.63 and a post-test score of 86.75.
