Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi di salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Majalengka yang menunjukkan kondisi siswa fase B (kelas III) yang mengalami hasil belajar rendah pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi makna sila Pancasila yang disebabkan terbatasnya bahan ajar yang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mendeskripsikan pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis majalah anak untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa fase B Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode D&D (Design and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket validasi ahli, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil validasi produk bahan ajar tahap pertama yakni dari ahli materi memperoleh nilai 88% dengan catatan perbaikan, dari ahli bahan ajar memperoleh nilai 100% dengan catatan perbaikan, dan dari ahli pembelajaran memperoleh nilai 100% dengan catatan perbaikan, sedangkan hasil validasi produk bahan ajar tahap kedua memperoleh nilai 100% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” tanpa catatan perbaikan. Hasil implementasi bahan ajar berbasis majalah anak pada siswa fase B (kelas III) Sekolah Dasar menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan, di mana nilai rata-rata pretest yaitu 46,1 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest yaitu 89,4. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, bahan ajar berbasis majalah anak layak digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi makna sila Pancasila siswa fase B Sekolah Dasar. This research is motivated by the results of observations at one of the Majalengka City Public Elementary Schools which shows the condition of phase B students (grade III) who experience low learning results in Pancasila Education learning, the meaning of Pancasila precepts due to limited teaching materials that support it. This research aims to overcome these problems by describing the development of teaching materials based on children's magazines to improve the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education for students in phase B of Elementary School. This research uses the D&D (Design and Development) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The instruments in this study use observations, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, and study results tests. The results of the first stage of teaching material product validation are from the material expert to get a score of 88% with a repair record, from the teaching material expert to get a score of 100% with a repair record, and from a learning expert to get a score of 100% with a repair note, while the results of the second stage of the teaching material product validation obtained a score of 100% with the "Very Decent" category without a repair record. The results of the implementation of teaching materials based on children's magazines in phase B (grade III) elementary school students showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes, where the average pretest score was 46.1 while the posttest average score was 89.4. Based on this, teaching materials based on children's magazines are suitable to be used and can improve the learning outcomes of the meaning of the Pancasila precepts for elementary school phase B students.
