Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola hidup sehat siswa sekolah dasar di kawasan padat penduduk pada saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang dipakai untuk meneliti adalah metode survey. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner/angket, penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert dan studi kepustakaan, dengan skala pengukuran multiple choice 3 alternatif jawaban yaitu baik, cukup, dan kurang. Dengan kategori baik rentang skor (36- 45), cukup (26-35), dan kurang (15-25). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar yang berada di kawasan padat penduduk kecamatan Cidadap Kota Bandung sebanyak 100 sampel. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan excel dan SPSS. Pada penelitian ini responden pelaksanaan pola hidup sehat pada siswa sekolah dasar berjumlah 100 orang yang didapat dari 12 sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa distribusi frekuensi dan persentase pola hidup sehat siswa sekolah dasar di Kawasan padat penduduk Kecamatan Cidadap memperoleh hasil baik berjumlah 97 orang (97%), kategori cukup berjumlah 3 orang (3%), sedangkan untuk kategori kurang berjumlah 0 (0%). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pola hidup sehat siswa sekolah dasar di Kawasan padat penduduk kecamatan Cidadap termasuk dalam kategori baik. : The purpose of this study is to find out how the healthy lifestyle of elementary school students in densely populated areas at this time. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The method used to research is the survey method. The instrument used was a questionnaire / questionnaire, this study used the Likert scale and literature study, with a multiple choice measurement scale of 3 alternative answers, namely good, sufficient, and less. With good categories the score ranges (36-45), moderately (26-35), and less (15-25). The subjects in this study were elementary school students in the densely populated area of Cidadap sub-district, Bandung City, as many as 100 samples. The research data was processed using excel and SPSS. In this study, respondents to the implementation of a healthy lifestyle in elementary school students amounted to 100 people obtained from 12 elementary schools. The results showed that the distribution of frequency and percentage of healthy lifestyles of elementary school students in densely populated areas of Cidadap District obtained good results amounting to 97 people (97%), sufficient categories amounting to 3 people (3%), while for the less category amounted to 0 (0%). The conclusion of this study is that the healthy lifestyle of elementary school students in densely populated areas of Cidadap sub-district is included in the good category.
