Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran umum strategi bisnis yang diterapkan saat ini pada perusahaan sosial biogas BRIN, untuk mengetahui hasil identifikasi strategi bisnis melalui Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC), dan untuk mengetahui alternatif formulasi strategi bisnis terbaru dengan melalui pendekatan Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC). Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, sehingga alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu metode wawancara, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis melalui pendekatan Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) terdapat elemen yang kurang baik sehingga perlu melakukan evaluasi atau perbaikan yaitu pada elemen Key Allies, Key Activities, Value Proposition, Channels, Cost of Delivery, dan Community Reinvestment. Selain itu, pembentukan formulasi strategi baru ini menggunakan strategi blue ocean dengan penerapan kerangka kerja empat langkah yang menyesuaikan dengan hasil identifikasi SBMC. The purpose of this study is to find out the general description of the business strategy that is currently being applied to the BRIN biogas social enterprise, to find out the results of business strategy identification through the Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC), and to find out the latest alternative business strategy formulations through the Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC). This research method was a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were using primary data and secondary data, so that the data collection tools in this study were interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show dat by identifying business strategies through the Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) approach, there were elements that here not good so that it was necessary to evaluate or improve, the elements of Key Allies, Key Activities, Value Propositions, Channels, Cost of Delivery, and Community Reinvestment. In addition, the formation of this new strategy formulation used a blue ocean strategy with the application of a four-step framework that adapts to the results of the SBMC identification.
