Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-regulatory dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri di Purwakarta dilihat dari nilai PTS (Penilaian Tengah Semester) yang rata-rata masih di bawah KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum). Tiga ratus lima siswa kelas XI peminatan ekonomi berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, yang tersebar di sembilan SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang mencakup pernyataan mengenai self-regulatory siswa dan lingkungan sekolah siswa, serta data hasil belajar siswa yang dilihat dari nilai PSAS (Penilaian Sumatif Akhir Sekolah). Metode yang yang digunakan yaitu metode eksplanatory research dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang cenderung rendah, self-regulatory berada pada kategori tinggi, dan lingkungan sekolah berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa self-regulatory berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis merekomendasikan agar guru dapat merancang pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan self-regulatory siswa melalui pemberian tugas-tugas yang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa dalam memilih dan mengatur pengerjaan tugasnya secara mandiri. Selain itu, guru serta seluruh perangkat sekolah diharapkan untuk dapat memberikan contoh dalam menjaga kebersihan dan ketertiban di lingkungan sekolah. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self-regulation and the school environment on learning outcomes. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects at State High Schools in Purwakarta as seen from the PTS (Mid-Semester Assessment) scores which on average are still below the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria). Three hundred and five class XI students specializing in economics participated in this research, spread across nine state high schools in Purwakarta Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire which included statements regarding student self-regulation and the student’s school environment, as well as data on student learning outcomes as sees from PSAS (End of School Summative Assessment) scores. The mothed used is the explanatory reserch method using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program. The research results show that student learning outcomes are in the medium category, tend to be low, self-regulation is in the high category, and the school environment is the very high category. Apart from that, the research results also show that self-regulation influences student learning outcomes and the school environment influences student learning outcomes. Based on the research results, the author recommends that teacher s can design learning that can improve students’ self-regulation by providing assignments independently. Apart from that, teachers and all school officials are expected to be able to set an example in maintaining cleanliness and order in the school environment.
