Abstract

Fanatisme golongan kerap masih menjadi masalah di lingkungan masyarakat. Tidak sedikit masyarakat yang tidak paham dengan ajaran yang dibawakan oleh Nabī Muḥammad Ṣaw, sehingga masih terjerumus dalam taklid buta dikehidupan sehari-harinya. Penanaman paham Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah harus dimulai sejak seseorang sudah bisa dikatakan mukalaf agar mereka terbiasa dengan ajaran yang dibawakan baik itu oleh kedua orang tuanya di lingkup keluarga, ataupun oleh guru di sekolah dengan memberikan materi yang berisi nilai-nilai Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah dalam mata pelajaran PAI di lingkup sekolah. Tidak hanya itu, peran penting dari sebuah organisasi kemasyarakatan Islām harus sejalan satu sama lain sebagai wadah dan fasilitator dalam menciptakan keharmonisasi dalam beragama. Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah perspektif organisasi keagamaan Islām dan relevansinya terhadap materi ajar PAI dengan harapan ketika materi ajar PAI yang diterapkan mulai dari jenjang SD, SMP, SMA di sekolah berisikan nilai-nilai dan pemahaman Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah dapat menjadi gerbang bagi peserta didik ataupun seseorang menjadi toleran, moderat dan inklusif di kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara. Adapun sumber data sekunder penelitian ini adalah buku-buku, artikel jurnal, media masa, dan lain-lain yang terkait dengan tema penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan metode reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa konsep Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah perspektif organisasi keagamaan Islām memiliki persamaan bersumber dari Al-Qurʻān dan Sunnah Nabī, sedangkan yang membedakan adalah dalam praktik pengambilan sumber hukum. Kemudian relevansi konsep Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah terhadap materi ajar PAI sudah baik dalam penerapannya di sekolah khas yang dimiliki ketiga organisasi keagamaan Islām ini. Adapun di sekolah umum dirasa masih perlu pengkajian ulang karena masih kurang dari ekspetasi yang diharapkan. In general, this research aims to describe the concept of Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah from the perspective of Islāmic religious organizations and its relevance to PAI teaching materials, where when PAI teaching materials are applied starting from elementary, middle and high school levels in schools, they contain values and understanding. Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah is expected to be a gateway for students or individuals to become tolerant, moderate and inclusive in everyday life. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods. The primary data sources for this research are the results of interviews. The secondary data sources for this research are books, journal articles, mass media, etc. related to the theme of this research. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation studies. Data is processed using data reduction methods, data display, and drawing conclusions. This research shows that the concept of Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah from the perspective of Islāmic religious organizations has similarities in originating from the Al-Qurʻān and the Sunnah of the Prophet, while the difference is in the practice of taking legal sources. Then the relevance of the Ahlussunnah wal-jamā`ah concept to PAI teaching materials is felt to be good in its application in typical schools owned by these three Islāmic religious organizations. As for public schools, it is felt that there is still a need for re-examination because it is still less than the expected expectations.
