Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sebagian siswa yang masih belum disiplin yang disebabkan karena terdampak pembelajaran daring pada saat covid sehingga terjadi perbedaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran hingga ketika siswa belajar di sekolah belum mampu untuk beradaptasi. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya strategi pengembangan karakter disiplin yang dapat dilakukan melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan dampaknya pada siswa kelas 4, kendala dan solusi dari implementasi strategi pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila pada siswa dan respon siswa terkait implementasi strategi pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi strategi pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat dan aturan pada kegiatan awal hingga akhir pembelajaran. Dari adanya implementasi strategi pengembangan karakter disiplin tersebut berdampak baik pada karakter disiplin yang dimiliki siswa. Kendala yang dirasakan yaitu sarana prasarana, kesulitan dalam memilih kata dalam menyampaikan nasihat, kontribusi orang tua yang kurang dan kesadaran siswa yang kurang. Solusi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan teknik dan strategi mengajar yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi, komunikasi dengan orang tua, menyampaikan nasihat melalui rayuan, cerita atau dongeng, dan memberikan pemahaman pentingnya aturan. Respon siswa yang diberikan yaitu setuju terhadap pernyataan positif dan tidak setuju terhadap pernyataan negatif sehingga strategi pengembangan karakter disiplin dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat, dan aturan. ---------- This research is motivated by some students who are still undisciplined due to the impact of online learning during covid so that there are differences in the implementation of learning so that when students study at school they are not able to adapt. Thus, it is necessary to have a disciplinary character development strategy that can be done through learning Pancasila education. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of disciplinary character development strategies through Pancasila education learning and its impact on grade 4 students, obstacles and solutions to the implementation of disciplinary character development strategies through Pancasila education learning in students and student responses related to the implementation of disciplinary character development strategies through Pancasila education learning in students. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation with Miles Huberman data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of disciplinary character development strategies through Pancasila education learning was carried out through habituation, exemplary, advice and rules in the early to late learning activities. The implementation of disciplinary character development strategies has a good impact on the disciplinary character of students. The obstacles felt are infrastructure facilities, difficulty in choosing words in delivering advice, lack of parental contribution and lack of student awareness. The solutions are teaching techniques and strategies that are tailored to the conditions, communication with parents, delivering advice through seduction, stories or fairy tales, and providing an understanding of the importance of rules. Student responses given are agreeing to positive statements and disagreeing with negative statements so that disciplinary character development strategies can be implemented in Pancasila education learning through habituation, exemplary, advice, and rules.
