Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif sangat dipengaruhi oleh suasana kelas dan interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bersifat tradisional dan kurang bervariasi dapat mengurangi motivasi siswa dan berdampak negatif pada hasil belajar mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh media pembelajaran Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam konteks materi mengenai metode pengolahan makanan dalam mata pelajaran dasar kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 44 siswa SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024, dengan 22 siswa X Kuliner 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 22 siswa X Kuliner 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes objektif yang berfokus pada pemahaman mata pelajaran dasar kuliner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar kuliner. Effective learning is greatly influenced by the classroom atmosphere and interactions between teachers and students. The use of traditional and less varied learning media can reduce student motivation and have a negative impact on their learning outcomes. Therefore, this research aims to measure the influence of the Quizizz learning media on student learning outcomes in the context of material regarding food processing methods in basic culinary subjects. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 44 students of the Telkom Bandung Tourism Vocational School in the 2023/2024 academic year, with 22 X Culinary 2 students as the experimental class and 22 X Culinary 3 students as the control class. Data on student learning outcomes is collected through objective tests that focus on understanding basic culinary subjects. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Quizizz learning media on student learning outcomes in basic culinary subjects.
