Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar siswa Fase F MPLB pada Elemen Kearsipan di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang dengan penyebabnya fasilitas belajar yang berasal dari faktor eksternal. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pemanfaatan laboratorium praktikum sebagai fasilitas belajat terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan populasi 109 siswa Fase F Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan variabel efektivitas pemanfaatan laboratorium praktikum memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik variabel efektivitas pemanfaatan laboratorium praktikum, maka semakin meningkat hasil belajar siwa. Dengan demikian, efektivitas pemanfaatan laboratorium praktikum dikatakan dapat memberikan peranan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The problem studied in this research is that the learning outcomes of Phase F MPLB students in the Archives Element at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang have not been maximized, with the cause being learning facilities originating from external factors. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of the effectiveness of using practical laboratories as learning facilities on student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. This research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to a population of 109 Phase F Office Management and Business Services students. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the effectiveness variable in the use of practical laboratories has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes. This shows that the better the effectiveness variable in the use of practical laboratories, the more student learning outcomes will improve. Thus, the effective use of practical laboratories is said to play a role in improving student learning outcomes.
