Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era digital. Terbatasnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa menyebabkan pengalaman belajar yang kurang bermakna, yang pada gilirannya mengakibatkan pemahaman materi dan motivasi belajar yang rendah. Kondisi ini, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran PPKn, mendorong dorongan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital, seperti Google Sites berbasis aplikasi, terutama pada materi hak dan kewajiban untuk siswa kelas V di sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi rancangan, kelayakan, dan respons pengguna terhadap produk. Metode pengembangan media (Design & Development) mengikuti model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) melibatkan langkah-langkah analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, uji coba, serta evaluasi. Hasil validasi dari tiga validator, yakni validator ahli materi, validator ahli media, dan validator ahli bahasa, menunjukkan nilai persentase rata-rata masing-masing sebesar 78,9%, 98,8%, dan 90%. Interpretasi nilai tersebut mengkategorikan media pembelajaran sebagai layak, sangat layak, dan layak. Respon guru terhadap media mencapai 98,4%, dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan respon siswa memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 97,9%, juga dengan kategori sangat layak. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Google Sites berbasis aplikasi pada mata pelajaran PPKn materi hak dan kewajiban kelas V sekolah dasar pantas digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. -------------- The use of technology-based learning media has become a primary focus in enhancing the quality of education in the digital era. Limited utilization of learning media that can increase students' interest has resulted in a less meaningful learning experience, subsequently leading to low understanding of the material and motivation. This situation, particularly in the context of PPKn (Civic Education) learning, encourages the development of digital learning media, such as Google Sites based applications, especially for the topic of rights and obligations for fifth-grade students in elementary schools. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the design, feasibility, and user response to the product. The media development method (Design & Development) follows the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) involving steps of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation. The validation results from three validators, namely material experts, media experts, and language experts, show average percentage values of 78.9%, 98.8%, and 90%, respectively. The interpretation of these values categorizes the learning media as feasible, very feasible, and feasible. Teacher response to the media reaches 98.4%, categorized as very feasible, while student response obtains a percentage value of 97.9%, also categorized as very feasible. Therefore, based on the obtained data, it can be concluded that the Google Sites-based application learning media on the subject of PPKn, specifically on the topic of rights and obligations for fifth-grade elementary school students, is suitable for use in learning activities.
