    Abstract

    Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata
    pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri se-Kota Sukabumi yang belum optimal dilihat
    berdasarkan rata-rata nilai Penilaian Akhir Tahun (PAT) yang rendah dan masih
    banyak siswa yang memperoleh nilai di bawah rata-rata kriteria ketuntasan
    minimal (KKM). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai
    pengaruh dari variabel efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar dengan variabel
    lingkungan belajar sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel
    dengan subjek penelitian, siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kota Sukabumi sebanyak
    264 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data
    menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda dengan Moderated Regression
    Analysis (MRA) serta melalui pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F dengan
    menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS).
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: i) hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori di bawah
    KKM , tingkat efikasi diri berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat lingkungan
    belajar berada pada kategori sedang, ii) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap
    hasil belajar, iii) lingkungan belajar memoderasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap
    hasil belajar siswa.

    This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in economics
    subjects at State High Schools in Sukabumi City which were not optimal based on
    the low average Year-End Assessment (PAT) scores and there were still many
    students who obtained scores below the average minimum completeness criteria
    (KKM). The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the influence of
    self-efficacy variables on learning outcomes with learning environment variables
    as moderator variables. This study used a sample with research subjects, class XI
    students of State High School in Sukabumi City as many as 264 respondents. Data
    collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using simple and multiple linear
    regression with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and through hypothesis
    testing of t test and F test using the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions
    (SPSS) program. The results showed: i) student learning outcomes were in the
    category below KKM, the level of self-efficacy was in the medium category, and the
    level of the learning environment was in the medium category, ii) self-efficacy
    positively affects learning outcomes, iii) the learning environment moderated the
    effect of self-efficacy on student learning outcomes.
