Abstract

Teknologi informasi komunikasi dapat menciptakan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dikenal dengan e-learning. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) adalah salah satu yang menggunakan platform berbasis Moodle yang disebut Sistem Pembelajaran Daring Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (SPADA UPI) yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen untuk melakukan pembelajaran dengan metode e-learning tersebut. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak mahasiswa dan dosen yang belum memanfaatkan platform SPADA UPI secara maksimal, tetapi menggunakan platform lain. Perihal tersebut mendorong peneliti untuk mengetahui fenomena yang terjadi terhadap pengguna e-learning tersebut berdasarkan penerimaan teknologi dan kepuasan pengguna SPADA UPI. Dalam penelitian ini penulis merujuk pada model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis et al., (1989) dan model End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yang dikembangkan oleh Doll and Torkzadeh, 1991. Dengan model pengukuran statistik Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS V.3. Variabel yang diuji adalah perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, content, accuracy, format, timeliness, dan ease of use. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan ease of use memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude toward using, yang berdampak signifikan pada user satisfaction, sementara content, accuracy, format dan timeliness tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Information and communication technology able to create a distance learning method as known as e-learning. One of the Indonesian Education Universities is the Indonesian Education University Online Learning System platform (SPADA UPI) which is used by students and lecturers to carry out learning using the e-learning method. However, in reality there are still many students and lecturers who have not utilized the SPADA UPI platform optimally, but instead use other application platforms. This matter encourages researchers to find out the phenomena that occur with e-learning users based on technology acceptance and SPADA UPI user satisfaction. In this research the author refers to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) whose developed by Davis et al., (1989) and the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model developed by Doll and Torkzadeh, 1991. With the Structural Equation Model statistical measurement model–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) uses SmartPLS V.3 software. The variables tested were perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, content, accuracy, timeliness, and ease of use. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and ease of use have a significant influence on attitude toward use, which has a significant impact on user satisfaction, while content, accuracy, format and timeliness do not have a significant influence.
