Abstract
Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang begitu pesat membawa dampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk bidang pendidikan. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi para guru agar memiliki literasi TIK yang baik sesuai dengan Permendiknas nomor 98 tahun 2014 tentang komptensi guru dimana guru dituntut agar mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk kepentingan pembelajaran yang diampu. Akan tetapi saat ini dari total guru yang ada di Indonesia, baru 40% yang melek dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) salah satu faktornya adalah kurang minatnya guru untuk belajar menggunakan perangkat TIK untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat literasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) se-kecamatan Cileunyi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 84 Guru SDN se-kecamatan Cileunyi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dengan jenis angket self assessment. Adapun analisis data menggunakan rumus perhitungan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari data penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan 6 aspek literasi TIK Guru SDN se-kecamatan Cileunyi tersimpulkan bervariasi, dimulai dari aspek 1) pola pemanfaatan dan pengintegrasian TIK dalam pembelajaran sebesar 74,47%. 2) penerapan keterampilan digital dalam pembalejaran yang akan direncanakan oleh guru sebesar 72,22%. 3) Pemahaman guru tentang kebijakan TIK dalam pendidikan sebesar 68,45%. 4) organisasi dan administrasi guru dalam memanfaatkan perangkat TIK sebesar 65,97%. 5) pemanfaatan TIK dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional sebesar 63,49% dan 6) Pemanfaatan TIK untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan penilaian dengan paling rendah mencapai persentase 61 %.Dan tingkat literasi TIK guru SDN se-kecamatan Cileunyi berada pada tingkat Knowladge Deepening (KD) yaitu sebesar 57,15% artinya literasi TIK guru-guru sudah lebih mendalam. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tingat literasi TIK guru masih dalam kategori sedang atau menengah artinya guru-guru baru pada tahap mencoba menggunakan perangkat TIK dalam pembelajaran, sehingga masih perlu adanya peningkatan dalam literasi TIK untuk mencapai tujuan penddikan. ----------- The rapid development and advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has an impact on all aspects of life, including education. This is a challenge for teachers to have good ICT literacy in accordance with Permendiknas number 98 of 2014 concerning teacher competence where teachers are required to be able to utilize information and communication technology for the benefit of their learning. However, currently of the total teachers in Indonesia, only 40% are literate with information and communication technology (ICT), one of the factors is the lack of interest of teachers to learn to use ICT devices for learning activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the literacy level of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of State Elementary School (SDN) teachers in Cileunyi sub-district. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with survey methods.The subjects in this study were 84 elementary school teachers in Cileunyi sub-district. The research instrument used is a closed questionnaire with a type of self-assessment questionnaire. The data analysis uses a percentage calculation formula. Based on the results of the analysis of the research data, it shows that based on 6 aspects of ICT literacy of elementary school teachers in Cileunyi sub-district, it is concluded that varies, starting from aspect 1) the pattern of utilization and integration of ICT in learning by 74.47%. 2) the application of digital skills in the learning to be planned by teachers by 72.22%. 3) Teachers' understanding of ICT policy in education amounted to 68.45%. 4) teacher organization and administration in utilizing ICT devices by 65.97%. 5) the use of ICT in improving professional competence by 63.49% and 6) the use of ICT for curriculum development and assessment with the lowest reaching a percentage of 61%. And the ICT literacy level of elementary school teachers in Cileunyi sub-district is at the level of Knowledge Deepening (KD), which is 57.15%, meaning that the ICT literacy of teachers has been deeper. In this study, it was found that the ICT literacy level of teachers is still in the medium or medium category, meaning that new teachers are at the stage of trying to use ICT devices in learning, so there is still a need for improvement in ICT literacy to achieve the goal of education.
