Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP/MTs di Kecamatan Ngamprah Kabupaten Bandung Barat" bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kegiatan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 57 orang guru. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 26. Hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi memperoleh perbandingan 2,723 > 1,673 yang dimaknai bahwa koefisien korelasi antara Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) terhadap kinerja guru dengan perolehan skor koefisien determinasi sebesar 11,9% sementara 88,1% lainnya kinerja guru dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak terdapat pada ruang lingkup kajian penelitian ini. This study titled "Influence of Continuous Professional Development on Teacher Performance" use descriptive method with quantitative approach. Techniques in data collection conducted by closed questionnaire method, with participants as many as 57 teachers. Analyze this calculation by using the help of SPSS 26. The results of the calculation of the significance test obtained a comparison of 2.723 > 1.673 which was interpreted that the correlation coefficient between Continuing Professional Development (PKB) to teacher performance is significant.The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination in this study show that there is an influence between Continuing Professional Development (PKB) on teacher performance with the acquisition of a coefficient of determination of 11.9% while the other 88.1% of teacher performance is influenced by other factors that are not present in the scope of this research study.
