Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung yang masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan moderasi kompetensi pedagogik guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2.302 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 274 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan variabel moderasi dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efektivitas gaya belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori tinggi, dan rata-rata hasil belajar berada pada kategori rendah yaitu di bawah KKM, (2) terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 52%, (3) kompetensi pedagogik guru secara positif (memperkuat) pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 57,3%. This research is based by learning outcomes of class XI IPS social science senior high school in Bandung City who are still less then achieved the Minimum Competence Criteria (KKM). This study aims to determine the influence of learning styles on learning outcomes with moderation of teacher pedagogical competence. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population of this study was 2,302 students with a total sample of 274 students obtained through cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with moderating variables with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the learning styles is in the high category, the teacher's pedagogical competence is in the high category, and the average of learning outcomes are in the low category, namely below the KKM, (2) there is an effect of the effectiveness of learning styles on outcomes student learning of 52%, (3) teacher pedagogic competence positive moderating (strengthens) the effect of the learning styles on student learning outcomes of 57,3%.
