Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh urgensi keragaman peserta didik sehingga menimbulkan kebutuhan yang beragam juga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk kelompok peserta didik asor di Sekolah Menengah Atas Laboratorium Percontohan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui aspek kepribadian peserta didik asor di Sekolah Menengah Atas Laboratorium Percontohan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia menggunakan instrumen kepribadian Edwards Personal Preference Schedule. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 149, dengan pengambilan Sample menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan Psycholizer dan Microsoft Excel. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah Action Plan layanan bimbingan akademik. This research is based on the urgency of the diversity of students so that it creates diverse needs as well. The purpose of this study is to design guidance and counseling services for groups of lowgrade students at the Sekolah Menengah Atas Laboratorium Percontohan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The research was conducted to determine the personality aspects of asor learners at the Pilot Laboratory Senior High School of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia using the Edwards Personal Preference Schedule personality instrument. The research participants totaled 149, with sampling using Purposive Sampling technique. The data collected was then processed using Psycholizer and Microsoft Excel. The findings of this study are the Action Plan for academic guidance services.
