Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak penerapan metode pembelajaran Sosiodrama terhadap civic confidence peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif (Mix Methods) dengan tipe concurrent embedded design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan angket (skala likert). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 9 Bandung dengan subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas IX-C tahun 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1). Perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode Sosiodrama harus dilakukan secara sistematis dan matang; 2). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PPKn dengan menggunakan metode Sosiodrama yang dilakukan sebanyak III siklus; 3). Adanya peningkatan civic confidence peserta didik melalui metode belajar Sosiodrama; 4). Adanya hambatan dalam melaksanakan metode belajar sosiodrama dan upaya untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan penerapan metode sosiodrama dan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Abstract This study aims to measure the impact of applying the sociodrama learning method on students' civic confidence. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) with qualitative and quantitative approaches (Mix Methods) with the type of concurrent embedded design. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires (Likert scale). This research was conducted at SMPN 9 Bandung with research subjects namely students in class IX-C in 2023/2024, a total of 32 students. The results of this study show that: 1). Learning planning using the sociodrama method must be carried out systematically and maturely; 2). The implementation of Civics learning using the Sociodrama method was carried out in three cycles; 3). There is an increase in the civic confidence of students through the Sociodrama learning method; 4). There are obstacles in implementing the sociodrama learning method and efforts to increase the success of applying the sociodrama method and to overcome these obstacles.
