Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasiakepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah dalamaperspektif pedagogikaprofetik pada pembelajaran abad 21 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Pacet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methoda menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif danakuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru beserta Tenaga Kependidikan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Pacet dengan sampel sebanyak 63 orang yang terbagi ke dalam 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Sebanyak (72%) menunjukan bahawa ketujuh komponen kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh secaraalangsung terhadapakinerja guruadan kompetensiasiswa diaera abada21. Dan (67%) tentang keempat komponen dalam Perspektif Pedagogik Profetik menunjukan hasil yang baik. 2). Kepemimpinan digital di 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang beradaadi Wilayah Kabupaten Bandung tepatnya Kecamatan Pacet menjadiasalah satuacara untukamencapaiatujuan dalam menyambut pembelajaran abad 21 yang mampun meningkatkan kemampuanaguru dalamamerepon segalaatantangan yangaadaa3). tantangan kepemimpinan digital berasaladari faktorainternal danaeksternal seperti saranaadan prasarana, lingkungan dan dana dapat mendukung semua kegiatan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, dapat juga menghambat segala kegiatan yang telah direncanakan, dengan demikian perlu ada kesadaran semua pihak denganamelaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. ----- This study aims to determine the implementation of digital leadership of school principals in a prophetic pedagogical perspective in 21st century learning at the Pacet District Public Elementary School. This study uses a mix method approach combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of questionnaires, observation, documentation studies and literature studies. The population in this study were school principals, teachers and educational staff at the Pacet District Public Elementary School with a sample of 63 people divided into 5 public elementary schools. The research results show that: 1). As many as (72%) show that the seven components of digital leadership directly influence teacher performance and student competency in the 21st century. And (67%) regarding the four components in the Prophetic Pedagogic Perspective showed good results. 2). Digital leadership in 5 Public Elementary Schools located in the Bandung Regency Region, Pacet District, to be precise, is one of the ways to achieve goals in welcoming 21st century learning which is to be able to improve teachers' abilities in responding to all challenges that exist 3). digital leadership challenges come from internal and external factors such as facilities and infrastructure, environment and funds can support all activities to increase teacher professionalism, can also hinder all activities that have been planned, thus there needs to be awareness of all parties by carrying out their duties properly.
