    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi personal fable dan peer pressure terhadap perilaku berisiko siswa boarding school di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 404 remaja berusia 13-18 tahun di Kota Bandung, yang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur personal fable, peer presure dan perilaku beresiko merupakan hasil adaptasi dari New Personal Fable Scale (NPFS), Peer Pressure Inventory, dan Risk Taking Behaviour Scale. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Personal Fable dan Peer Pressure terhadap perilaku berisiko, dimana semakin tinggi personal fable dan peer pressure seseorang, semakin tinggi juga perilaku berisikonya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi sekolah dan para orang tua dalam pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan yang positif dalam kehidupan berasrama bagi siswanya sebagai salah satu upaya preventif terhadap terjadinya perilaku berisiko pada siswa.
    This study aims to determine the contribution of personal fable and peer pressure to the risky behavior of boarding school students in Bandung City. The research method used is a quantitative method with 404 respondens aged 13-18 years in Bandung. The instruments used in the study are adaptations of the New Personal Fable Scale (NPFS) to measure personal fables, Peer Pressure Inventory to measure Peer Pressure, and Risk Taking Behavior Scale to measure risk behavior. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results show that there is an influence of Personal Fable and Peer Pressure on risk behavior, which when personal fable and peer pressure simultaneously higher, risk behavior will get higher too. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for school and parents in the importance of creating a positive environment in boarding school life for students as one of the preventive efforts against the occurrence of risk behavior in students.
