Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat memberikan dampak positif dalam aspek pendidikan. Dalam aspek pendidikan perkembangan teknologi informasi membuat berbagai perubahan salah satunya yaitu pada media pembelajaran. Website menjadi salah satu media yang dapat digunakan pada proses pembelajaran karena sudah memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Kelebihan website yaitu dapat menyajikan informasi dengan aspek multimedia dan jangkauannya luas. SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu sekolah formal yang masih menggunakan media konvensional dan belum memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi secara maksimal. Pada mata pelajaran Desain Komunikasi Visual terdapat salah satu materi yang dipelajari yaitu materi mengenai logo. Materi mengenai logo menjadi materi yang penting untuk dipelajari sehingga pada proses pembelajarannya dipelajari secara berulang pada fase E di kelas 10 dan fase F di kelas 11 dan 12. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang LEALO sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis website di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung dan mengetahui hasil uji kelayakan dari media yang dirancang. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari 6 (enam) tahapan yakni konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian dan distribusi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode alpha dan beta. Pengujian alpha dilakukan berdasarkan pengujian oleh ahli materi dan ahli media mendapatkan hasil persentase 100% dan masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Pengujian beta dilakukan kepada siswa kelas XI DKV SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bandung dan mendapatkan hasil persentase 98,78% dan masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan yaitu penerapan LEALO sebagai media pembelajaran sudah sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. ----------- The increasingly rapid development of information technology has had a positive impact on the educational aspect. In the educational aspect, developments in information technology have made various changes, one of which is in learning media. Websites are one of the media that can be used in the learning process because they take advantage of developments in information technology. The advantage of websites is that they can present information with multimedia aspects and have a wide reach. SMK Negeri 3 Bandung City is one of the formal schools that still uses conventional media and has not taken full advantage of technological developments. In the subject of Visual Communication Design, one of the materials studied is material about logos. Material regarding logos is important material to study so that the learning process is studied repeatedly in phase E in class 10 and phase F in classes 11 and 12. The aim of this research is to design LEALO as a websitebased learning media at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung and find out the results feasibility test of the designed media. The method used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of 6 (six) stages, namely concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing and distribution. Testing was carried out using alpha and beta methods. Alpha testing was carried out based on tests by material experts and media experts, getting a percentage result of 100% and falling into the "Very Eligible" category. Beta testing was carried out on class The resulting conclusion is that the application of LEALO as a learning medium is very feasible to be used as a learning medium.
