Abstract
Enterpreneurship adalah sikap yang diperoleh melalui proses belajar, yang ditanamkan dalam kepribadian siswa tentang Enterpreneurship. suatu gambaran kepribadian melalui gerakan fisik, tanggapan pikiran tentang enterpreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Efektivitas Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Life Modeling dan Behavioral Rehearsal Untuk Meningkatkan Entrepreneurship Pada Peserta Didik di SMK Negeri 14 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design, yang membandingkan kelompok eksperimen dan Kontrol dalam melaksanakan Penelitian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Partisipan dalam penelitian berjumlah 140 siswa kelas XI DPK Kayu dan XI DPK Tekstil 1 XI DPK Teskstil 2 dan XI DPK Logam 1 dan XI DPK Logam 2, 40 siswa dari masing-masing perwakilan populasi yang menjadi sampel yakni 8 siswa dari XI DPK Kayu dan 8 siswa dari XI DPK Tekstil 1 dan 8 siswa dari XI DPK Tekstil 2 dan 8 siswa dari XI DPK Logam 1 dan 8 siswa dari XI DPK Logam 2. Pengolahan data instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sofware Winsteps rasch model for windows. dengan menggunakan uji independent sample t-test menggunakan SPSS. Secara spesifik, bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik life modeling dan behavioral rehearsal merupakan alternatif solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan entrepreneurship siswa. Entrepreneurship is an attitude acquired through the learning process, instilled in students' personalities about Entrepreneurship. It is a portrayal of personality through physical movements and cognitive responses regarding entrepreneurship. This study aims to produce the Effectiveness of Group Guidance with Life Modeling and Behavioral Rehearsal Techniques to Increase Entrepreneurship in Students at SMK Negeri 14 Bandung.. This study utilized a Quantitative Research method with an experimental research design, employing a pretest-posttest control group design that compared the experimental group and the Control. In conducting the research, random sampling technique was employed for sample selection. The participants in the study consisted of 140 students from Class 11 specializing in Woodwork (DPK Kayu), Textile 1 (DPK Tekstil 1), Textile 2 (DPK Tekstil 2), Metalwork 1 (DPK Logam 1), and Metalwork 2 (DPK Logam 2). 40 students were selected from each represented population as samples, namely 8 students from Class 11 DPK Kayu, 8 students from Class 11 DPK Tekstil 1, 8 students from Class 11 DPK Tekstil 2, 8 students from Class 11 DPK Logam 1, and 8 students from Class 11 DPK Logam 2. Data instrument processing in this research employed Winsteps Rasch Model software for windows. The independent sample t-test was performed using SPSS for data analysis. Specifically, Group guidance with life modeling and behavioral rehearsal techniques is an effective alternative solution in increasing student entrepreneurship.
