Abstract
Rendahnya tingkat kepedulian anak terhadap lingkungan dapat disebabkan oleh belum optimalnya penggunaam media pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rancang bangun, validitas media pembelajaran, dan respon siswa serta guru terhadap media Lift The Flap Book Series Kang Pisman untuk menstimulasi karakter peduli lingkungan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model Design and Development (D&D) Tipe 2: Model Validasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 ahli materi, 1 ahli media, 1 ahli pembelajaran, 12 siswa kelompok B, dan 1 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa penyebaran angket (kuesioner), lembar observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai 90% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji ahli media sebesar 97% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji ahli pembelajaran sebesar 100% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji validasi oleh guru sebesar 100% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan capaian karakter peduli lingkungan dari hasil uji coba media pada siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 87% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Selanjutnya, respon siswa berdasarkan hasil wawancara, media ini disukai siswa karena menarik dan menyenangkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Lift The Flap Book Series Kang Pisman berada pada kategori valid dan sangat layak untuk dikembangkan dan digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. ------------ The low level of children's concern for the environment can be caused by the not optimal use of learning media that is relevant to the needs and characteristics of early childhood. This study aims to describe the design, validity of learning media, and student and teacher responses to Lift The Flap Book Series Kang Pisman media to stimulate the character of caring for the environment in children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is development research with the Design and Development (D&D) Type 2 model: the Validation Model. The subjects in this study consisted of 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 1 learning expert, 12 group B students, and 1 teacher. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The research instruments used were questionnaires, observation sheets, and interview guidelines. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the validation test by material experts obtained a score of 90% with very good qualifications, the media expert test was 97% with very good qualifications, the learning expert test was 100% with very good qualifications, the teacher validation test was 100% with very good qualifications, and the achievement of the character of caring for the environment from the results of the media trial on students obtained a score of 87% with very good qualifications. Furthermore, based on the results of interviews, student responses indicated that this media was liked by students because it was interesting and fun. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the Lift The Flap Book Series Kang Pisman media is in the valid category and is very feasible to be developed and used in the learning process in early childhood.
