Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya Sekolah Dasar Islam yang berlomba- lomba menyelenggarakan dan menjadikan program tahfidz sebagai program unggulan, salah satunya SD Daarut Tauhiid. Sekolah ini mempunyai kurikulum khas yakni pembiasaan karakter BAKU serta slogan khas yakni “Tiada Prestasi Tanpa Disiplin”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program, profil karakter disiplin siswa, serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi karakter disiplin siswa yang mengikuti program Tahfidzul Qur’an. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah enam orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Tahfidz di SD Daarut Tauhiid merupakan program wajib yang harus diikuti oleh seluruh siswa mulai dari kelas 1 sampai kelas 6. Program ini dijadikan program unggulan karena mengacu dari visi misi yayasan dan 5 output profil sekolah. Program ini diwujudkan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi dan pengawasan program. Adapun profil karakter disiplin subjek FAW dan SIN diketahui bahwa kedua subjek memiliki perilaku disiplin yang baik dan konsisten. Ada tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin subjek FAW dan SIN dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an yaitu faktor kesadaran, minat, dan motivasi yang tumbuh dalam diri keduanya, faktor peran orangtua yang selalu berusaha mendampingi dan menjadi “sekolah pertama” bagi anaknya, serta faktor lingkungan budaya sekolah seperti adanya kurikulum khas Daarut Tauhiid yakni pembiasaan karakter BAKU dan teladan yang diberikan guru. This research is motivated by the many Islamic elementary schools that are competing to organize and make the tahfidz program a flagship program, one of which is Daarut Tauhiid Elementary School. This school has a unique curriculum, namely the habituation of BAKU characters and a distinctive slogan, namely "No Achievement Without Discipline". This study aims to describe the implementation of the program, the profile of the character of student discipline, and what factors influence the character of the discipline of students who take part in the Tahfidzul Qur'an program. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological design. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There were six research subjects who were determined using the snowball sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of the Tahfidz program at Daarut Tauhiid Elementary School is a mandatory program that must be followed by all students from grade 1 to grade 6. This program is made a flagship program because it refers to the foundation's vision and mission and 5 school profile outputs. This program is realized through intracurricular activities which include planning, organizing, implementing as well as evaluating and supervising the program. As for the disciplinary character profiles of FAW and SIN subjects, it is known that both subjects have good and consistent disciplinary behavior. There are three factors that influence the subject discipline of FAW and SIN in memorizing the Qur'an, namely the awareness, interest, and motivation that grow in both of them, the role of parents who always try to accompany and become the "first school" for their children, and environmental factors. school culture such as the typical Daarut Tauhiid curriculum, namely the habituation of BAKU characters and the role models set by the teacher
