Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kebijakan pemerintah melalui Kemendikbudristek, yaitu kurikulum merdeka untuk peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dengan mengembangkan karakter dan moral sebagai bentuk rencana pembelajaran yang mengacu pada Permendikbudristek Nomor 16 Tahun 2022 meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kesiapan emosi, kognitif dan perilaku guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada satuan pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survei melalui instrumen berupa kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar penggerak yang melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka di Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung. Sementara itu, sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 45 responden dari tiga sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) sebagian besar guru siap dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka berdasarkan aspek kesiapan emosi di sekolah dasar penggerak Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung. (2) sebagian besar guru siap dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka berdasarkan aspek kesiapan kognitif di sekolah dasar penggerak Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung. (3) sebagian besar guru siap dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka berdasarkan aspek kesiapan perilaku di sekolah dasar penggerak Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung. Artinya pada setiap aspek kesiapan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru sekolah dasar penggerak di Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung telah siap mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. This research is motivated by the existence of government policies through the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely an merdeka curriculum for improving the quality of human resources according to community needs by developing character and morals as a form of learning plans that refer to Permendikbudristek Number 16 of 2022 includes planning, implementing and evaluating the learning process. This study aims to describe and analyze the emotional, cognitive and behavioral readiness of teachers in implementing the merdeka curriculum in basic education units. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out using survey techniques through instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation studies. The population of this study were all penggerak elementary school teachers implementing the merdeka curriculum in Coblong District, Bandung City. Meanwhile, the sample in this study used a total sampling technique, namely as many as 45 respondents from three elementary schools in Coblong District, Bandung City. The results of the study showed: (1) most of the teachers were ready to implement the merdeka curriculum based on aspects of emotional readiness in penggerak elementary schools in Coblong District, Bandung City. (2) most of the teachers are ready to implement the merdeka curriculum based on aspects of cognitive readiness in penggerak elementary schools in Coblong District, Bandung City. (3) most of the teachers are ready to implement the merdeka curriculum based on aspects of behavioral readiness in penggerak elementary schools in Coblong District, Bandung City. This means that in every aspect of teacher readiness in implementing the merdeka curriculum, it shows that most of the penggerak elementary school teachers in Coblong District, Bandung City, are ready to implement the merdeka curriculum.
