Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa siswa yang tidak berani bertanya
ketika ada yang kurang dipahami, tidak berani menjawab ketika ditanya oleh guru, tidak
percaya pada hasil pekerjaannya sehingga lebih percaya pada hasil tugas orang lain, hal
tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya percaya diri sehingga ketika proses
pembelajaran siswa tidak aktif dan tidak mendapatkan hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal.
Penelitian ini bertujuan secara umum bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan percaya
diri dengan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V sekolah dasar sedangkan secara
khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan percaya diri dengan
keaktifan belajar siswa kelas V sekolah dasar dan mendeskripsikan hubungan percaya diri
dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Instrumen yang digunakan pada
penelitian ini adalah kuesioner lalu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, pedoman observasi
dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) hubungan percaya diri dengan
keaktifan belajar siswa memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan nilai korelasi 0,456 yang
menunjukkan pada kategori sedang, 2) hubungan percaya diri dengan hasil belajar siswa
memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan nilai korelasi 0,426 yang menunjukkan pada
kategori sedang, 3) hubungan percaya diri dengan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa
memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan nilai korelasi 0,493 yang menunjukkan pada
kategori sedang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa antara percaya
diri dengan keaktifan belajar siswa terdapat hubungan atau korelasi yang positif
dengan tingkat kekuatan berada pada kategori sedang, Percaya diri dengan hasil
belajar siswa terdapat hubungan atau korelasi yang positif dengan tingkat
kekuatan atau korelasi hubungannya pada kategori sedang, percaya diri dengan
keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa terdapat hubungan atau korelasi positif dengan
tingkat kekuatan pada kategori sedang.
This research is motivated by some students who do not dare to ask questions
when there is something that is not understood, do not dare to answer when asked by the
teacher, do not believe in the results of their work so that they are more confident in the
results of other people's assignments, this shows that the lack of self-confidence so that
during the learning process students are not active and do not get maximum learning
outcomes. This study aims in general aims to describe the relationship of self-confidence
with the activeness and learning outcomes of grade V elementary school students while
specifically this study aims to describe the relationship of self-confidence with the
learning activeness of grade V elementary school students and describe the relationship
of self-confidence with the learning outcomes of grade V elementary school students. This
research uses quantitative research methods with correlation research types. The
instruments used in this study were questionnaires and then tested for validity and
reliability, observation guidelines and documentation studies. The results showed 1) the
relationship between self-confidence and student learning activeness has a positive
relationship with a correlation value of 0.456 which shows in the moderate category, 2)
the relationship between self-confidence and student learning outcomes has a positive
relationship with a correlation value of 0.426 which shows in the moderate category, 3)
the relationship between self-confidence with activeness and student learning outcomes
has a positive relationship with a correlation value of 0.493 which shows in the moderate
category. The conclusion of this study shows that between self-confidence and student
learning activeness there is a positive relationship or correlation with a level of strength
in the moderate category, self-confidence with student learning outcomes there is a
positive relationship or correlation with a level of strength or correlation in the moderate
category, self-confidence with activeness and student learning outcomes there is a
positive relationship or correlation with a level of strength in the moderate category.
