Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengangkat permasalahan masih terjadinya ketidak stabilan dan menurunnya dari pencapaian hasil kerja karyawan. Hal ini lah yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Fokus kajian pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana fasilitas kantor dan produktivitas kerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh fasilitas kantor terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Telkom Karawang yang berjumlah 39 karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa fasilitas kantor berada pada kategori sangat baik dan produktivitas kerja berada kategori tinggi. Kemudian, dari hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa Fasilitas Kantor memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. This research was conducted by raising the problem of the still occurrence of instability and the decline in the achievement of employee work. This is the background of the author to conduct research. The focus of the study on the factors that affect employee work productivity. This study aims to find out how office facilities and employee work productivity are and to find out whether there is an influence of office facilities on employee work productivity. The research method used in this study is an explanatory survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Karawang, totaling 39 employees. Based on the research results, information was obtained that office facilities were in the very nice category and work productivity was in the high category. Then, from the results of hypothesis testing it was found that Office Facilities have a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity.
