Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa hal berikut: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan majemuk, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan majemuk, dan (3) penilaian hasil belajar siswa berbasis kecerdasan majemuk. Lokasi yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini yaitu SD Islam Al-Amanah karena sekolah tersebut sudah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan majemuk sejak tahun 2013. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deksriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui empat instrumen yaitu angket, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Angket dibuat dalam bentuk google form yang disebar melalui whatsapp group dan ditujukan untuk menghimpun data dari seluruh guru di SD Islam Al-Amanah secara efektif. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru bimbingan konseling dan siswa SD Islam Al-Amanah. Observasi dan studi dokumen dilaksanakan di kelas 1, kelas 4, dan kelas 5 SD Islam Al-Amanah. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran di SD Islam Al-Amanah dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu menganalisis kecerdasan majemuk siswa melalui MIR (Multiple Intelligence Research) namun semenjak pandemi penggunaan MIR digantikan dengan angket. Perencanaan lainnya adalah pembuatan RPP atau Lesson plan, untuk RPP belum dibuat sesuai dengan kecerdasan majemuk siswa namun telah sesuai dengan Permendikbud Ristek Nomor 16 Tahun 2022, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan majemuk di SD Islam Al-Amanah dilakukan melalui program My Project dan ekstrakurikuler. (3) Penilaian hasil belajar siswa berbasis kecerdasan majemuk dilakukan secara bervariasi yaitu penilaian melalui observasi, penilaian melalui dokumentasi siswa saat melakukan pemecahan masalah dan pembuatan produk, serta penilaian melalui proyek pada program sekolah bernama My Project. ------- This study aims to describe the following: (1) learning plan based on multiple intelligences, (2) the implementation of multiple intelligences-based learning, and (3) assessment of student learning outcomes based on multiple intelligences. The location chosen for this research is Al-Amanah Islamic Elementary School because the school has implemented multiple intelligence-based learning since 2013. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with an exploratory descriptive method. Data was collected through four instruments, that is, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies. The questionnaire was made in the form of a google form which was distributed through a whatsapp group and was intended to collect data from all teachers at Al-Amanah Islamic Elementary School effectively. Interviews were conducted with the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, counseling guidance teachers and students of Al-Amanah Islamic Elementary School. Observations and document studies were carried out in grade 1, grade 4, and grade 5 at Al-Amanah Islamic Elementary School. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model went through three steps, that is, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The findings of this study are: (1) learning plan at Al-Amanah Islamic Elementary School is carried out by first analyzing students' multiple intelligences through MIR (Multiple Intelligence Research) but since the pandemic the use of MIR has been replaced with a questionnaire. Other plans are the making of lesson plans, for the lesson plans have not been made in accordance with the multiple intelligences of students but are in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture and Research and Technology Regulation No. 16 of 2022, (2) the implementation of multiple intelligence-based learning in Al-Amanah Islamic Elementary School is carried out through the My Project and extracurricular programs. (3) Assessment of student learning outcomes based on multiple intelligences is carried out in various ways, namely, assessment through observation, assessment through student documentation when solving problems and making products, and assessment through projects in a school program called My Project.
