Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada pembelajaran IPA yang cenderung hanya menggunakan metode ceramah saja dan jarang melibatkan media pada saat proses pembelajaran, alhasil siswa kurang antusias saat belajar, cepat merasa bosan, dan memandang bahwa pelajaran IPA itu sulit. Sehingga diperlukan media interaktif yang dapat memudahkan pemahaman siswa, salah satunya media pembelajaran scrapbook. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan rancangan dalam mengembangkan produk media pembelajaran scrapbook, serta untuk mengetahui respon ahli dan pengguna terhadap media ini, sehingga media scrapbook layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu guru dalam proses pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis (Analisis), Design (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Penelitian ini melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, guru kelas IV, serta siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penilaian dari ahli materi dengan kategori Sangat Layak (90%), dari ahli media dengan kategori Sangat Layak (97%), dari guru kelas IV dan siswa dengan kategori Sangat Layak dengan persentase masing-masing 94% dan 93,5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran scrapbook sangat layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran IPA. ----- This research is motivated by problems in science learning which tend to only use the lecture method and rarely involve the media during the learning process, as a result students are less enthusiastic when learning, get bored quickly, and assume that science lessons are difficult. So, we need media that can make it easier for students, one of which is scrapbook learning media. The purpose of this study is to describe the design in developing scrapbook learning media products, as well as to determine the response of experts and users to this media, so that it is appropriate to use it as a teacher's tool in the science learning process. This study uses the Design and Development method with the ADDIE model consisting of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. This research involved material experts, media experts, fourth grade teachers, and students. The results of this study indicate the assessment of material experts in the Very Eligible category (90%), from media experts in the Very Eligible category (97%), from fourth grade teachers and students in the Very Eligible category with percentages of 94% and 93, respectively, 5%. So, it can be concluded that the scrapbook learning media is very feasible and can be used as a science learning media.
