Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis peranan pendampingan orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peranan pendampingan orang tua selama belajar di rumah. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian FCD, A, JA, dan YNH. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Perhatian yang orang tua berikan dan memenuhi hak-hak anak menjadikan anak lebih disiplin dan bertanggung jawab atas apa yang mereka sedang laksanakan. Terjadi pada orang tua yang kurang menaruh rasa peduli terhadap anak, akan membentuk karakter anak yang kurang disiplin dan kurang bertanggung jawab. Anak yang kurang didampingi oleh orang tua akan kurang mendapatkan perhatian, kasih sayang sehingga mereka juga kurang peduli terhadap dirinya sendiri. Peranan pendampingan orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar ke empat siswa; a) Kepedulian orang tua dalam mendampingi belajar siswa; b) Orang tua yang dapat membagi waktu dalam mendampingi siswa; c) Orang tua memberi perhatian kepada anak; d) Ayah ikut serta menjalankan peran mendampingi anak; e) Orang tua memenuhi hak-hak anak; f) Orang tua kompak dan saling membantu dalam mendampingi anak; g) Orang tua yang responsif mengenai informasi perihal anaknya. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan orang tua, Kedisiplinan, Belajar ----- This study is conducted to analyze the role of parents in the student's study discipline. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of parents who study at home. The method used is a qualitative research method a descriptive approach to the study subjects of FCD, a, ja, and ynh. Data collection instruments used in this research observation, interview, documentation. The attention parents give and the fulfillment of children's rights makes children more disciplined and responsible for what they are accomplishing. In the case of parents who have little regard for their children, it forms the character of children who lack discipline and are less responsible. Children who are less accompanied by parents will receive less attention, less love, and less care for themselves. The role of parents' disposition toward the discipline of the four students; A) parental care in accompanying a student's study; B) parents who can divide time with students; C) parents pay attention to their children; D) fathers participate in child - rearing; E) parents fulfill the rights of children; F) parents are united and supportive in child companionship; G) a parent who is responsive about information regarding a child.
