Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan nilai Ujian Nasional Indonesia sekolah menengah dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2019 yang berfluktuasi, serta adanya gap penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum kompetensi pedagogik dan hasil belajar, serta mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap hasil belajar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa atau guru sekolah menengah secara internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode telaah Systematic Literature Review yang diambil dari artikel yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Setelah melakukan screening berdasarkan kriteria, penulis mendapatkan 10 artikel yang dinilai sesuai dengan kriteria yang akan diambil dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; (i) Gambaran umum kompetensi pedagogik guru pada jenjang sekolah menengah berada pada kategori yang tinggi, cukup dan ada pula yang berada pada kategori rendah. Gambaran umum hasil belajar siswa pada jenjang sekolah menengah memiliki kategori yang baik, cukup hingga rendah. (ii) Kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada jenjang sekolah menengah yang didukung oleh indikator kompetensi pedagogik yang berada pada diri seorang pendidik. This research is based on the problem of fluctuating high school Indonesian National Examination scores from 2015 to 2019, as well as previous research gaps regarding the effect of pedagogic competence on learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the general description of pedagogic competence and learning outcomes, and to determine the effect of pedagogic competence on learning outcomes. The research subjects are international high school students or teachers. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review method which is taken from articles that are relevant to the research problem. After screening based on the criteria, the authors got 10 articles that were judged according to the criteria to be taken in the study. The results of this study indicate; (i) The general description of the pedagogic competence of teachers at the secondary school level is in the high category, sufficient and some are in the low category. The general description of student learning outcomes at the secondary school level has a good category, moderate to low. (ii) Pedagogic competence has an effect on student learning outcomes at the secondary school level which is supported by indicators of pedagogic competence in an educator.
