Abstract

Pola wisata wisatawan telah berubah sejak adanya wisata industri di berbagai tempat, baik industri rumahan maupun perusahaan industri besar. Salah satu lokasi yang menjadi tujuan wisata industri adalah kawasan industri Bekasi. Kawasan industri Bekasi merupakan kawasan industri terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Terdapat sejumlah perusahaan di Kabupaten Bekasi yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan sebagai tempat wisata industri karena kegiatan plant tour telah menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi pelajar saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi pengunjung terhadap daya tarik Coca Cola Plant Tour di PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Cibitung Plant. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Cibitung Plant pada bulan Juni 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden adalah 98 orang peserta Coca Cola Plant Tour di mana pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah persepsi pengunjung terhadap daya tarik dibagi menjadi lima dimensi, yaitu atraksi, fasilitas, infrastruktur, transportasi, dan keramahtamahan. Persepsi pengunjung terhadap atraksi sangat baik, fasilitas sangat baik, infrastruktur sangat baik, transportasi baik, dan keramahtamahan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, daya tarik Coca Cola Plant Tour mendapatkan persepsi yang baik dengan skor 9.144, namun perlu segera ditindaklanjuti sebagian indikator yang dinilai kurang baik oleh para responden agar dapat merubah persepsi pengunjung menjadi lebih baik serta dapat memberikan pengalaman wisata yang lebih berkesan. Abstract Tourism patterns of tourist have changed since the tourism industry became an interesting tourism in a variety of places, both home industry and huge industrial companies. One location into a tourist destination is Bekasi industrial area. Bekasi industrial area is the largest industrial area in Southeast Asia. There are a number of industrial estate in Bekasi with the potential to serve as the Tourism Industry as activity plant tour has become a main attraction for students today. The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of visitors to the attraction of Coca Cola Plant Tour at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Cibitung Plant. The study was conducted at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Cibitung Plant in June 2013. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods. Respondents were 98 participants Coca Cola Plant Tour where sampling was performed with accidental sampling technique. The results obtained are the perceptions of visitors to the attraction is divided into five dimensions, namely attractions, facilities, infrastructure, transportation, and hospitality. Perceptions of visitors to the attraction is excellent, excellent facilities, excellent infrastructure, good transportation, and excellent hospitality. Based on the results of the research, the attraction of Coca Cola Plant Tour get a good perception with the score of 9.144, however, it needs partial indicators that were considered less good by the respondents in order to change the perception of visitors become better and can provide a more memorable travel experience.
